Riverview and balcony was a bonus. Great location generally and excellent value for money. Everything worked fine - although facilities seemed a little old and in need of a makeover..

United States of AmericaThey got my booking all wrong. Attitude from front desk when I was handed a piece of paper to sign but with wrong info so I wasn’t going to sign it. My booking was for 2 2queen bed rooms ended up with a queen and the other a full. No price difference. One room had remote, one did not. Both had microwaves that didn’t work.
Rooms looked updated from pictures on site. Great central location. Didn’t worry about my cars over night or leaving my room. Hot water in the shower lasted for 5 complete showers in a row. Pool was a little green (maybe from cleaning)but so nice.

United States of AmericaThere was a "crew" that showed up between late at night to "clean up" our previous assigned room and they didn't have much courtesy to guests staying next door. They were abrupt with moving furniture etc and were basically just doing what they had to do. Apparently they were there to "take care" of other rooms as well and it basically made a racket the whole time. Lasted for about an hour. We were only staying one night.
original room was not prepared; consisted of a single mattress on a double frame. bed was turned down as if someone just slept in it and was not "made up". My Online booking indicated a super deluxe with 2 queen beds. Traveled with family member; only 1 bath towel, internet was working but did not provide service for room 111. Office host was very friendly and kind. She accommodated all my requests in a timely fashion and moved us from 112 to 111.

United States of AmericaWhen I checked in and went to our room it was already beening occupied by a rude tenant, so they gave us another room and it was suppose to have a refrigerator but their was none and the TV didn't turn on, and the sliding screen kept coming off the railing, but it was a cute room.
The view of the river and the room was very spacious and nice.

The guest left really mad and I doubt she came back. The hotel employee was arguing with her about her reservation and the potential guest was really mad when she left

I really liked our room, which was more than enough space for my wife, myself and our 2 sons. I was a little disappointed in the coffee maker. It was dirty, and even after i cleaned it with clorox wipes, i still didnt use it,along with the couch, which had a lot of crumbs, and an empty sprite bottle. No matter where we stay as far as hotels, we always spray around with lysol, and wipe with lysol/clorox wipes for our own assurance. Also I wish the hotel had access to the river which is a big reason we go to AZ, besides to visit our family or go to Laughlin. But overall if things were a little cleaner including the coffee maker, I would give this place a better rating. Please consider this Lodge on the river. Thank you

United States of AmericaFloor was laminate, but were not clean. Toilet had water leak and ran off and on all the time. Front door was missing portions of the weather stripe, allowing heat and dirt in. Beds were like sleeping on a futon.
Location is great, in center of town. Pool had a nice view.

United States of America- An employee, Jameel, stole my $100 cash deposit. - The owner, Lori Lascola, never once honored the Expedia prices, charging me full price after I stayed for 3 weeks. (876.29 total) I filed a case with the BBB that includes pictures and audio of Jameel admitting he took my cash deposit and "put it in his pocket" There was also a suicide that took place in between my stays at the Lodge on the River, in which the owner, Lori Lascola, did not follow proper police procedures and made her employees clean the room. I will never stay there again.
