The rooms could use some renovation, and of course be in California way too many taxes and fees.

Excellent location and very high end looking. Comfortable beds and lots to do and places to eat very near.

Some furniture is quite uses and it shows, especially doors may use some renovation. The price is quite steep without including breakfast nor parking.

Position and view were nice. We slept well in the bed.

We arrived during prime time traffic so it was hectic entering in to the valet area

Receiption should inform during check in that there are also other options beside valet. We paid 4 days for valet parking (60 usd per day), but used our car only once a day - while cheking out we were informed that we should have chosen self parking which is 20 usd per day if you only exit once per day. We really expected receiption to inform us about the options once we arrive, not once we leave..

Clean and big rooms, superb location in the heart of Hollywood! Felt really safe, 24/7 open gymn (perfect for jetlag!) and so nice heated pool!!

The hotel was clean. The room was nice and spacious. The location was fantastic. It's within walking distance of the Hollywood walk of fame, Manns Chinese Theatre and the Hollywood Bowl

Husband harassed while working late in the office area.

The hotel was wonderful! It was right in the middle of everything! Beautiful room with floor-to-celling windows. Kids loved the heated pool. You could step out the rear entrance of the hotel and end up in the middle of everything! The Chinese theater was connected to the rear of the hotel. The Madame Tussauds museum was a few blocks down the street. Ripley's Believe It or Not museum and the Guinness Book of World records were down the street. A courtyard area connected to the rear entrance of the hotel. It contained restaurants, shops and a small play area. The only blemish on our stay was my husband was harassed when he was working late in the office area. The office area was open, but security kept bothering to leave. We felt it was racially motivated. The manager did refund our room service and breakfast charge as a courtesy.

The property was in a great location for Hollywood boulevard. Looked really nice and modern. Our room was huge and then we so comfy.

The rooms are a bit neglected. Nicks and scars on the doors and walls. Stuff that wasn't vacuumed up from the floor, under the bed but still visible.

Staff is wonderful! Everyone is so gracious and helpful.

This is really a minor detail, because everything really is perfect, but the towels would be changed everyday, despite us hanging up the ones we didn't need changed. So our little attempt to spare the environment didn't work.

Location is perfect for the events we are in town for. Lovely staff, great view and spcious room.

We checked in early and they said they would notify us when our room was ready but never did! A floor manager approached us to see if we needed anything and after hearing our story, took us to a desk near the front desk and we were immediately assigned a room.

Milo helped us when we got out of our taxi and was exceptionally nice. Our housekeeper was very nice as was security who helped with a safe problem. Checking out was a breeze. The bar was fun with great food, drinks and personnel! All in all a very fine visit! All personnel were exceptionally nice during our entire visit.

Cafe in lobby was great.. Staff was amazing , especially Milo, he was so helpful ! He helped give me scenic routes to take with my son for the best experience of LA ever.

Nothing really, parking is a little bit away but very safe secure and easy and valet let you drop your bags before checking in. Checkin did take a while but there was a busy festival on
