The location was perfect..The window view had the Kauffman center right out of our window..Gorgeous..And the room service was delicious and quick...perfect getaway hotel..

I wish the towels would’ve been bigger. It felt like I was using a handkerchief on my body and there just wasn’t enough towel. lol. There was a lot of rain and lightning and storming so the satellite went out which messed up TV but the great thing is they do allow you to cast from your phone so I was able to do that so I could still watch movies from the streaming networks that I have on my phone. A lot of hotels do not allow casting so thiswas a surprise. Other than that, there’s really nothing else to complain about. It’s an excellent hotel.

The hotel is gorgeous and very modern and elegant. Everything in the room was clean. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room was very nice. I love that they give you complementary water and that there’s a refrigerator in the room. The staff are amazing and have top-notch customer service. Whenever I needed something they were right there immediately making sure I had what I needed, which was appreciated. I always enjoy my stay at these hotels in the cities that I’ve stayed at them thus far. I always can expect excellence. I actually left my credit card in the hotel room and when I called back, they informed me that housekeeping had found it and they gave it back to me promptly. In today’s world, I don’t expect people to do things like that so that was an added bonus.

The coffee shop staff. Just was a little rude both days I went in. Seemed to be more of rushing to get orders out than actual customer service. The girl gave me my coffee spilling cause the top wouldn’t stay on and she say be careful with the top instead of giving me a new top

Restaurant was closed after our venue ended at 10 pm. They should have been informed. Lots of people wandering around looking for a place to eat.

The only downside was the parking had mostly been taken up by valet and compact car spots.

I loved that despite being super busy with Con and Basketball, the staff kept the whole place super clean and stayed up beat. The beds were good but the pillows not so much. On site restaurants are both good choices.

The one nights stays with taxes and “additional “ daily charge for parking garage and or self parking garage, is a little pricey, $300 something 😳 all together . Also, our family was given a handicapped room and we are not handicapped so I didn’t understand that , I booked two months n advance and held room with a card , not sure why I wasn’t given a reg room .

I liked that the property was clean , a restaurant option, and close to my event . In addition, when we arrived all the staff i encountered, were very helpful , kind and respectful.

The TV system was not working well. Our TV frozen every minute or two. We couldn't find any channel that wouldn't freeze. Guess their engineers were working on it.

Self Parking was $24 a night. The breakfast was $22 per adult. The held $199 incident fee.

The corner view of the city was beautiful at night, clean room, comfortable bed. Everyone was nice and helpful. A 1 service for breakfast. Jacuzzi was nice.

The Christmas decorations are gorgeous. Lots of happy people, friendly staff This was my 4th time staying here since 2020. I have a granddaughter that's in competition cheer, we stay here every time. Love the city views of downtown KC and The Power & Liight District

Beautiful facility, especially enjoyed The Stilwell with a fantastic view of the city! Staff were over the top friendly and helpful. Right beside The Kauffman Center such that we walked to our concert. Perfect location to access Crossroads, Union Station, and Crown Center area. Will definitely return.
