The pancake machine was broken. This has been the case at the last few Holiday Inn Express. There seem to be very few handicapped accessible rooms. I'd asked for a handicapped accessible room but they were not able to provide me with one. They did give me a room on the first floor though which was helpful.

Breakfast was fine, above average but not exceptional. The parking lot was easy to navigate, there were enough handicapped parking places available.

The staff was not friendly. They were irritated if you asked for something, with the exception of one man who worked evenings, he was nice.

The pool was closed. I was very disappointed to not be able to swim. Breakfast was good, but they had only made so much gravy and biscuits then made no more. There was still over an hour left of breakfast time. Ice machine was not working.

I actually stayed. 4 nights. I booked through an online site. It was cheaper.When I decided to stay an additional 2 days I booked through the desk. I was very disappointed that the pool wasn’t open. I asked the staff no one really knew why it wasn’t open. I stayed there because of the pool. There was another cheaper hotel but it didn’t have a pool. It was 90 degrees most of my stay. I was visiting family near by and plan to stay here again. I was happy with the location. The sign was not lit up at night

Unfortunately, we were quite dissatisfied with our experience as we found the condition of the bathroom to be subpar. The bathroom floor, bathtub, and edges appeared to be quite dirty and unacceptable. Additionally, we noticed that the carpet in the room had not been vacuumed during our stay. The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and we even had to purchase flip flops from Walmart to walk around as the floor was too filthy. Moreover, there were disturbances during the early hours of the morning, with other guests or possible workers slamming doors around 5:30 am, which disrupted our sleep and that of other guests. Considering the price we paid for our stay, the value simply did not match our expectations. Regrettably, based on our experience, I would not recommend your accommodations to other potential guests. I hope you take this feedback constructively and make improvements to provide a better experience for future guests.

Put my family out for having a service dog and refused to give me my money back, had 6 kids and husband with me. Wasn’t even in our room 30 minutes before they told us our $5,000 certificated service animal would need to stay in the car even though he assist with medical issues! Never would stay here!

Room was dirty. Hair all over tub and on the counters. Allowed loud guests to yell in the lobby all hours of the night and the guests broke glass. Kept a lot of the guests in our party up.

Great place to lay your head for the night. Staff was wonderful. Guest laundry super clean and everything working. Bed was very, very comfortable. Incredible water pressure for the shower!!
