The apartment might need some love, particularly the carpet. Also, I believe the toilet flapper was damaged or something because the tank kept filling up with water making a very annoying sound. I had to close the bathroom door and turn the fan on in order to sleep. That was only a minor issue, though, that can easily be fixed.

The location was great. It's very central and you can walk to a lot of different places. The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you need: pots, pans, silverware, cups, and glasses. The coffee maker was also great! The host sent very detailed information and was always checking in to make sure all my needs were met.

Everything met our standards, the only thing was the ad on booking said "parking available" and I felt this wasn't technically true, there is free parking about a block and a half away, which is no problem and we were able to find parking there. But there weren't a ton of free spots there, and I do feel like it is in the realm of possibility that someone could come and there wouldn't be parking spots and you'd be a little put out! (Also we happened to come when there was street sweeping on one side of the street, so no parking from 8am - 5 pm on one entire side of the street; meaning a 50% reduction in the free parking - but we got lucky)

We loved the location, the value, and the apartment was very comfortable. The kitchen was more or less fully stocked and there was even coffee and tea. The bed was really comfy, and it is the perfect place if you want to walk from your apartment to downtown or low-highland areas. We did not have to use our car to go anywhere (but we stayed in central/downtown Denver)

Nitpicking a bit only a few things - could have been stocked with more paper products (TP, paper towels etc) we were there for a week and had to buy more. It would be easier to keep clean if the floors were hard surface rather than carpet. Overall, the unit was very comfortable. We felt at home.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to Aquarium, impressive REI flagship store, and many great local restaurants, coffee shops and a brewery. Ample parking available on the street near the unit as well.

The parking downtown in Denver was challenging at times. Parking decks fees are higher in some areas.

The location was exceptional, easy to get resturants, malls, and historical artifacts.

The unit does face an alley, and a very bright street lamp shines directly into the bedroom. The curtains help, but it was still hard for me to sleep.

Location is fantastic! We will definitely stay here again. Also appreciated the diffuser in the bathroom!

extras that came with it was lovely, to open up the fridge and see coffee with creamers, hair blower, washer and dryer, the tv had streaming apps already set up, pamphlets with information about colorado and where to visit, laundry detergent, dish soap. nice book selection to browse and read through. puzzles and board games. attention to needs 10/10.

The location was just a bit confusing to some delivery/UBER drivers, but nothing too complicated it wasn't worked out.

Very nice apartment. Best possible location, in the middle of an incredible area. We walked to many of the best restaurants in town. Shops. Coffeeshops. Total variety of dining options. Very clean and friendly area.
