Customer service. Rude staff. Did not provide extra towels. Was rushed to check out at 11a.m. Exactly! Staff went into my room while I was away. Did not respect privacy.

Only con is I like real milk or cream with coffee instead of the artificial creamers. Honestly nothing to complain about. Felt safe, seems like a nice town. Decor was simple and fresh. Maybe front desk needed to be more upgraded?

Clean, clean! We skipped out on our last night at a decorated Dump! Can't tell you how happy I was to see such a clean hotel. Appreciate the hand soap in a bottle instead of wasting a bar of soap for a one night stay. The room was huge, spotless and bed super comfortable while breakfast was hot with lots of options! Also nice low lighting behind headboard for night time.

We are members gave the counter guy my member # and he said we would be a b le to use points at check out we did not get our points an cash pay .we paid full price for this dirty room .up most of the night not comfortable at all but tired and just drove 500 miles and need rest.

Our bath room was dirty .wall I had to hold onto to get in the shower were dirty room 322 .bottom of the tube was gritty like sand and dirt. Wash clothes were dirty stained with dark spots .sheets were very wrinkled And just messy.

The facility is old. The old heater is so loud sounds like a big tractor. I could not sleep for the night.

Pipes making noise from using toilet. No fan in bathroom. Found a huge bug next to the tube in the morning. Disinfectant used in cleaning the room made sister-in-law have allergic reactions!

No parking... could not find anywhere to park truck and car trailer and the whole reason we were there was to ride near by trails and needed somewhere to stay , site does not say no parking for larger vehicles, also, front desk was not very friendly

Mold on ceiling in bathroom, broken ceiling fan had been removed, patch job horrible. No ceiling light because of this. Asked for a 2nd room. Was given one with a handicap shower with a dirty washcloth under it and again mold in the bathroom. Was given a 3rd room which was the cleanest of the 3. All had ceiling lights with dead bugs in the light shade. Not the cleanest place .

Air conditioning not functioning. Cold but very damp air no matter what setting. Condensation built up on windows. Staff very dismissive of problem. Said they had not heard of this problem before. Did I just invent it, no. Very uncomfortable night.

Loud air conditioning unit in room; shower curtain didn’t appear washed lately and sheets very uncomfortable as material pilling; not a good quality of sheets! Also breakfast had no cinnamon rolls which the Holiday Inn advertise about when staying at one of their hotels!

Our room was noisy from the elevator and mechanical sounds from the other side of the wall. The air conditioner was noisy.

The only accessible room was on the second floor and down two hallways. It was a regular tub with a rusty pull down seat. It was not accessible for my husband..
