Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was not huge but for two people it was fino.
The location was great it was right off the highway. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, they have a pool and the breakfast was pretty good. I nice stay if you are in the area.

The breakfast differed from day to day. One morning it wasn't even out on time which delayed me warming my car up to get to work.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and attended to our needs.

There were no USB outlets in the room, and limited plugs for electronic devices. Room was noisy in the morning due to external road traffic.
The room was reasonably quiet, given that it was right next to the elevator. The bed was comfortable. The shower and toilet are in a separate room from the sink. Microwave and fridge were in room. The breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast.

The pool closed at 8 pm and since were there Christmas shopping that was about the time we got back. It would have been nice to relax in the pool or the hot tub after a full day of shopping.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Having a continental breakfast was awesome. We were christmas shopping, so to be able to have breakfast and just head was very helpful. The staff in the eating room was very nice and even let us latecomers eat.

The person at the counter called me that morning to ask if I would be ok with a double room as the guest in the queen room I had booked wanted to stay another night. The woman at the desk was amazing to speak with

Rooms & beds are a little small. Front desk was weird when we asked for pool towels and they kept checking on us through the window… not sure why.

The pool area was humid and smelled musty.

Room was smallish with sink in the room and a small separate toilet area. The room had a stale smoke smell.
Easy to find. Clean property inside and out, nicely decorated for fall. Desk staff very nice. Breakfast attendant on Fri was super friendly. Breakfast Thursday was not great, Fri better. Comfy room with good wifi.

The front desk person spoke very fast and so monotone you couldn’t really understand her it sounded like she didn’t want to be there and she was scratching her chest while holding our room cards. I also was working from my room before check out and housekeeping knocked twice in the morning while I was working two hours before check out.

There was nothing I didn’t like, wonderful experience.
We arrived after midnight cause our travel plans didn’t quite go as expended, Laura at the front desk was so helpful and super sweet. I’m 4 months pregnant and when I made the reservation I asked for extra pillows because it’s the only way I can get comfortable these days, and they were very accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was amazing. I would totally stay here again.

Nothing negative to report.
The customer service was excellent. John was able to answer all our questions checking in. Laura the overnight front desk was great. Love her sense of humor and her compassion in lending an ear on how my day was.
