It was a little tricky to find the proper parking spot when we arrived. Once we figured that out, everything was great!

Good location, very convenient to public transport. The apartment was quiet, clean, and well-stocked. Check-in was extremely smooth.

The location was brilliant for us - lovely area and convenient for the metro. The apartment had everything we needed: plenty of hot water for showers, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. We liked its spaciousness. All in all, an excellent place to stay.

Lack of extra blankets (kids were cold). Showers had small amount of hot water. Could use more bowls for cereal or soups.

Great location close to the metro. Solid landing base for our trip. Great toiletries. Close to restaurants and markets.

The location was great 2 miles from the white house and the Smithsonian museums. Walking distance to a restaurant that we ate at great food.

It was loud on a weekend night, but to be expected in a city. For some reason there were only 2 bowls.

Host was very accommodating, when we needed coffee and pillow cases dropped them off. Apartment is spacious and in a walkable area.

Maybe 1 additional bathroom would have been better... but it's nothing that takes away from the comfort in the end.

The best of all was the location. It is very easy to access, it has a supermarket nearby and bus and sub stations. Security is a plus, since there is a police station just meters away. It is a very relaxed neighborhood, the neighbors were not noisy and the facilities were comfortable. I totally recommend it.

Besides the issue with the entrance code/address/instructions in the beginning only one thing: we were informed that there should be some written instructions on the table in the apartment. We didn't find them. So we had to figure out on our own how the dishwasher/washing machine works, etc... Dishwasher: the box with the dishwasher tabs was empty, so we washed the dishes by hand. Not that bad, but still.... We felt comfortable and good and the host was very kind - on phone and in writing.

The apartement has all we needed except a sieve in the kitchen and a large bowl. There were some leftovers from the guests before like tea bags, etc... Btw bowl... We broke one and the host just replied, we shouldn't worry, she will replace it, which was very kind. During our stay we got short on kitchen towels. We didn't know, whether the patrons should buy them or the host will provide more. As we were leaving the next day, we decided not to ask. At our arrival we were given the instructions for the building beneath and the codes for the actual apartment. Of course the code for the entrance didn't work. So we had luck that we had the ability to be online, because without we wouldn't have known what to do. The host offered to call us, but we went over VoIP and the cost were so little that we called her. Everything seemed to be clean, the beds were comfortable and the appliances were working.

Wanted to cook some meals in. Knives wouldn't cut butter. Largest pot would hold soup for 2 and not much more. Largest bowl is for cereal not meals. Largest frying pan will cook 2 eggs at most. Coffee pot is the smallest I have ever seen. Other than the fridge the kitchen was not useful. Wasn't able to cook meals in other than bake in oven. Not much hot water. Cold half way through the 2nd person's shower in the morning. It would have been nice to have a key to the back gate by parking area so we didn't have to walk all the way around the building every time to get in. Could leave it in the unit. That was not good on the cold nights in the dark. Could use a few more towels so you don't have to do so much laundry. It is vacation after all.

It is in a more established older area of the city. High density area. One block from police station. Close enough to attractions. Comfortable sleeping /living areas Very quiet. Neighbors and business owners very nice. There were board games and that was nice. We didn't need it but the roll away bed is a nice feature. Towels were nice and fluffy. Parking in the back having a reserved space was nice. Plenty large enough for vacation living. Very clean. We didn't have a pet but that is a nice feature.

My mom slipped and fell twice while taking a shower and the closet door to the laundry fell on me when I opened the door to use the machine.

Property is close to underground station, so allowing easy use of public transportation. Nearby fast food restaurants and supermarket make it convenient. Apartment is spacious and well decorated ..and I cannot thank enough the host to allow the use of the car park

It is located close to Georgia Ave/Petworth metro station. It was clean, nice. There is a fully equipped kitchen and two nice rooms We were there as family with two small kids and it was great. Really recommend.

This is a basement unit, which means it floods and there was evidence of flooding along the baseboard in the kitchen, there was a mold smell in the bedrooms; the bathroom needs renovation - the faucet on the tube had to be recaulked by the maintenance person because it was coming apart when you pulled it up for a shower; the tile around the tube is cracked. The Living Room TV never worked. The neighborhood is "sketchey" and did not fell comfortable walking around at night - but public transit was convenient.

I liked that I could make coffee and there was a full refrigerator.

The blind in the front bedroom was broken, the beds were very squeaky and uncomfortable, and not enough pillows.

very well appointed, free toiletries, dishwasher etc. great location for local food and coffee, and really close bus stop into the city.
