Our room wasn’t ready on time, but I do understand why — it was because of some disrespectful guests the night before. The cleaning staff were very helpful with trying to get us in, but I have to mention that it was a wee bit inconvenient.

There was mold in the washer that needed to be cleaned from no ventilation.

I liked how convenient the location was. It was across the street from night life as well as many shops within walking distance. The amenities were a great bonus, from the pool to the washer/dryer combo in the room.

Before coming I sent a question to the host about hairdryer and bed linens, he answered that there is everything I need. but actually there was no hairdryer in it, the host said he would bring it but he didn't. So I couldn't prepare properly for my meeting. I f I knew I could bring my hairdryer with me.Water pressure in the shower was poor, blanket and pillowcases had some smell.

Perfect location in downtown, next to metro mover station. Everything you need is nearby or easy to reach. A beautiful view from the window and balcony. Its a modern studio, nice and comfortable.

Phenomenal location. Close to Kaseya Center, what is a huge plus for NBA fans. Easy check in and check out. The apartment itself has everything you may need! Great gym with a view on the bay plus the pool makes it exceptional. I do highly recommend.

Beautiful stay. Super cute apartment. Everything you need. I left for key west and I stayed there again because I really liked it. Pool area and working space is perfect. Worth the money :) Darwin was really nice all the time and helped me with everything.

When we got there the bathroom was super dirty (pee in the sit) and no toiletries (not even toilet paper) Sheets weren’t clean and smelled bad. Luckily there were machines there to make our own laundry and some cleaning products but it was a hustle.

Location, view and pool are amazing. Having laundry and kitchen was very cool. Apartment is perfect for 2 people. Kitchen well equipped and building is very safe.

If you’re bringing a doggo, be prepared to take a decent walk outside of the hotel to get to a good patch of grass! Not the hostess fault of course lol.

The unit was clean & the perfect size for a couple! The views were perfect too. One half was the city, the other side was the beautiful beach, I loved the balcony. The location couldn’t have been better. We either walked everywhere or only had to take a 10 minute or less drive. This unit was right next Bayside Marketplace! Full kitchen with plenty you may need. The washer & dryer worked great (just bring a small bottle of your own detergent).

Amazing experience. Landlord was in touch always. Great location too close for restaurants, chilling places, so, btw, that’s in the building a good bar with good people. And every morning - delicious coffee in the lobby’s cafe:) Totally recommend.

The busy downtown streets are not my thing. I'm a suburban woman, so the cutting off of cars, honking, scooters, and bikes zipping in a out was a bit overwhelming for my partner and I. Having only one key fob made it a little challenging for the teens to move about without us. If possible, I would suggest two fobs for the unit. I would also suggest a non-slip mat for the shower.

The condo was nicely designed. The city view was amazing, right in the heart of downtown walking distance to the bay! The host was very responsive, kind, and helpful. The host met us at the gate. He helped us upstairs, he made sure we knew where everything was inside the unit, and gave us suggestions on places to go and things to do. This unit was the perfect amount of space for the 5 of us. We purchased an air mattress and used the futon and the bed. We didn't feel cramped because the unit was spacious. The amenities at the facility were perfect for the teens. Overall, this was a very nice stay. Very good value for the price.

the studio is small but has everything a traveler need. the sofa fits better for someone not too tall. the views of a city are breathtaking, also the views from the pool area are fantastic. I liked the working space a lot - fancy yet cozy. there is a Cafe downstairs - they do really good coffe
