Additional information regarding parking was needed. We were unable to use the parking garage because we didn't have a remote, and the button on the inside didn't work. We had to park in outside spaces that were marked tow away. Fortunately, since it was a holiday weekend, we didn't have any issues using those spaces. The office person was not present while we were there, even though the sign indicated she would be. It would have been helpful to quickly ask a question. Owners were responsive within 12-24 hours, but we needed the parking information included with other check-in info.

The location was amazing, and the condo had a lot of cute touches. The owners clearly made an effort to provide a great experience.

Absolutely nothing that I didn't like.

Absolutely wonderful stay. I slept through the night for the first time in months! The view was breathtaking! Gorgeous decor. Host was so sweet and kind. Will definitely make this our to go place. Love love ❤️

Parking is limited in the parking lot and the garages have a height limit of 6’2” so it was a scary, tight fit getting our jeep in. We had only 1/2”-3/4” clearance going through the doors. The hurricane last year took out the pool and the beach access directly from the property, so there is a little walk to get into the beach.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Location was perfect; not too far from grocery stores yet not too crowded on the beach like it is a little farther north. Very thankful for Laurel in the office for getting us a remote for the parking garage.

Love the unit. It has everything you need and more. Great location and beautiful view of the ocean. Close to Daytona attractions and Ponce inlet. Owners are great and very responsive. Would love to book it in the future.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay this past week. The hostess was extremely helpful and accommodating. She stayed in contact and responded to any of our questions almost immediately. She checked in occasionally just to ensure we didn’t need anything. The property itself was also clean and well kept. The use of our own space in the garage was very nice. We also appreciated having our own laundry facilities, as well as full use of the beech chairs and wagon located at the property. The beds were very comfy and the condo itself was clean and decorated beautifully.

It would have been nice to have a heads up about no pool access but it did make sense since a lot of neighboring places were still under construction from hurricane Ian.

This was an amazing property that my husband chose for us. Normally I choose the rental but I went with him and I was beyond excited to stay here. The house was SPOTLESS. Cleaner than absolutely any other rental we have stayed at. I enjoyed the decor of the relaxing zen vibes it gives off in the morning sunrise hue through the curtains. The view was 5 star over the Atlantic. They provided ample amount of coffee (which I greatly relied on to get me through the exhaustion from doing everything in the area). It is in excellent walking distance from stores and delicious restaurants. It is only a short drive to downtown Daytona and everything else on the inland if you need to go to a bigger store or something.

Aline kick me and my kids out at the last minute of our stay because of 2 extra guest the title states sleeps up to 12 i was willing to to pay extra for my guest as she text me the price for the extra kids she told me i can pay i told her i will send money she told proceeds to tell me thats fine but she is still on here way she never gave me time to send money remind you we are 7 hours away from home she consistently texts me back to back being very unprofessional she gets to the condo and told me and my kids had to leave remind you these are kids we was not being disruptive we was barely there in the condo we spent most of the time at the beach when we came back the kids was sleep not running or being loud management apparently told them we had extra kids she comes to the condo with the police and telling them she doesn't want the money she just want us to leave KIDSSSS i was fine with leaving but she trys to rush me out wants me to keep the door open while i pack it was crazy we spent over 1k with her our kids trip was cut short she had no sympathy i had to drive all the way back to atlanta tired and sad i will never book here again WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!! All could been avoided if she let me pay her like she originally stated she has no sympathy for kids at all

Be sure you get two door codes ahead of arrival, one for entrance door and one for unit door. We had neither and it was a scramble. Fortunately, host answered our text and was able to give us codes. Woman at desk said we also should have had clicker for parking garage. We parked outside which was fine. There were no instructions for TV, parking nor departure.

Location was lovely, host was quickly responsive to answer questions.

Was sure that the procedures for checking in and checking out. Figured out procedures as we went along.

Very clean. Plenty of room for 5. Beautiful ocean view! The water pressure in the shower is amazing!
