Older properties never have enough outlets for our endless devices. Maybe one more power strip in the room somewhere would have been nice.

Location is excellent for exploring the waterfront area. Rooms were quiet and cozy! Bed was so comfortable! Shower had great pressure and temperature. Windows opened but heat/ cooling functioned really well also.

I hated the step up to get on the bathroom. I am disabled so it was difficult. Also the wallpaper was peeling.

The size of the suite was so big. The Color palette was soothing.

Parking ramp on-site was full, so we had to move the cars when spaces opened up, since there's no overnight parking allowed on the streets nearby. Also the staff wasn't very pleasant, but maybe it was just a busy weekend.

Beautiful historic facility, excellent location. Love the memory foam mattress toppers on the beds!

Always a prime spot for a weekend getaway. I come over here every summer. So nice they put me in the same room every year. Love sitting out on the balcony, then walk down to the riverfront to dine, shop, and take it all in!

Although the bathroom was very clean, it could use upgrading. Storage for clothing was limited. These were minor concerns.

One front end staff was rude, woman. Sheets obviously were not changed, per the "black fur" we found in the sheets. Accessibility to parking and getting in and out was poor, but it is an old building so it is what it is. Pillows were super low quality. They charged my $27 for a bottle of champagne that lists for $8.99 plus $6 for room service. A/C did not work well. So the $275 per night was crazy.

Great proximity to the town. Curb appeal. Parking.

The nostalgia, built in 1927? pretty cool lights in the hallway at each room door. We stayed along the updated hallway attached right by the parking ramp, very convenient if we were going in and out from the hotel.

The room wasn't fully cleaned. I found multiple strands of hair on the desk and on a towel in the bathroom. A used rag was left in the shower. I also found pistachio shells and a lid on the floor as well as the empty tip envelope from the previous guest.

The Hotel is a beautiful historic building with lots of character. The front desk staff was wonderful.

Wish they would have been serving dinner on the Thursday night that we were there. They only serve dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings - a fondue dinner. They said they have had a very difficult time hiring an evening chef.

The room was generous in size. We had spent the first night of our honeymoon 38 years ago there. So it was nostalgic for us. Classic hotel in historic downtown Stillwater - excellent location.

Clerk not welcoming on arrival. When l asked if my son had checked in yet, she said “l have no idea”. Emphasized that l would have to pay for room key if not returned. Only 1 plastic glass provided for all 3 days of drinking. No clock on bedside stand. Unneeded towels provided but overflowing trash not emptied. No convenient elevator. Room smelled like smoke. Had to leave room 5 minutes after arrival for ionizing machine to run. Daughter’s room with 4 people had toilet that could not be flushed for long intervals.

Dining room attractive and food good. Bed comfortable.

Asked for champagne glasses which were there on arrival but NO champagne bucket to keep it chilled! Way overpriced for a basic double room with an antique dresser! Sorry but not worth the money! Also, no breakfast offered in dining room on Monday-not a B&B service!

The hotel room we were given was horrible. (because we booked through booking.com, according to the hotel, rather than directly through the hotel where we could've picked our room). They gave us a dirty handicap room (201). The air conditioning unit had something spilled all over it, and the bed sunk in towards the middle and was very uncomfortable. Our view was of a rooftop with a flipped over rat trap just laying there. I woke up with a sore throat (that I believe was from running the dirty air conditioner all night). We went to the front desk to complain about our room. They said they couldn't do anything about it because we booked it through booking.com. What? Really? Lesson here - book directly through the hotel so you can pick your room and save yourself 15%

The location was great! There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The lobby was beautiful, with a cute seating area outside.
