No one cleans the breakfast area while guest serve themselves leaving mass messes everywhere

Not enough lighting and it was close to the ghetto part of town. The door to the room wouldn’t open and it looked like it had been pryed open before. The keycard wouldn’t open the door that it seemed to be locked from the inside. We had to wait for a repair man to arrive and had to wait for another room. We finally got in to the room and it looked like the bed was not kept up and it hadn’t been vacuumed.

It was confusing to get to from expressway.

The room was not clean all the way found kids clothes in one of the night stands. One of the sheets had ink stones on it.

The room was nice and big and did have a ice box ans a microwave.

We were told we had to be in a room that faced the outside parking lot because the motel was full and that's all they had left. However, we saw very few people and very few cars in the parking area throughout the night. Also, the door handle to the outside door looked like it had been broken and, though it was able to be locked once you went into the building it would not latch when you walked out, leaving the building un-secured.

The Room was nice. The location was near the highway we were on. The breakfast was "OK". The air was good (air conditioning and heating). There were no stairs directly to the top, out-facing area and you had to go inside the building to then go upstairs and out again to the balcony: Good for safety.

Price was very reasonable however the tv didn’t work so I had to switch rooms and was told that I should call before arriving next time if I wanted a room with a working tv,microwave and refrigerator because even though there in the room they not always in working condition ?

Pool was closed and breakfast was not very good the biscuits were hard and there really wasn’t much or room had earrings on the floor that weren’t ours and also had a contact lense on the floor our remote to the tv also didn’t work and the side door didn’t lock which was a little unsettling

In the first room thr smoke detector was broken as well as the AC/HEATING unit. In the second room the AC/ HEATING unit didn't work the room was very cold

The rooms were dirty the first few rooms we stayed in, but they got better as we stayed. Most of the rooms we stayed in had a fridge at least but it didn't always work, 2 x I had to contact the front desk and tell them it didnt work and the first time I was told maintenance was gone and they couldn't do anything till the morning and the second time we were switching rooms and I told the manager at the front desk that the new room had a fridge that didn't work, it was hot and smelled gross, and she told me that the days in as a company doesn't provide refrigerators or microwaves anymore and they just left them in some rooms but there is no guarantee they will work, because they are not supposed to supply them , I let her know when you book the hotel, it says amenities included are microwave fridge hairdryer and coffee maker in every room., she said that is wrong, but she went ahead and let us switch rooms to try and get one with a fridge since we had food that needed to be kept cold. The entire interaction was very polite and professional and she definitely made it more pleasant to deal with the situation

The staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part, they made extra efforts to make sure we were in the rooms we wanted

I didn't like that in my room I didn't have a little fridge and the TV was all the way max in volume and couldn't hear it at all.
