Quite a few stains on carpet , beds need to be upgraded( a bit hard) and bathroom was showing its age - very stained

2nd shift front desk person she was rude and unfriendly.

The 1st shift young lady at the front desk was exceptional above and beyond customer service. Sorry but I forgot her name but she needs to be complimented on her customer service satisfaction.

Our card keys to our room kept messing up so we had to keep getting our key cards fixed I didn't like how close all the rooms were because you could hear your neighbors to well I was very upset the pool wasn't open and no matter who we talked to or what we tried the wifi would not connect to my phone or my husband's

I liked having a workout room that was open to the public and free breakfast at the hotel was great and it was so close to everything around us in town

There was no hair dryer in the room and the shower was slippery on the bottom and was a little worn looking.

The Check in was quick and easy & the room as very nice & clean.

Cleanliness, bathrooms didn’t have tissue holders, only one elevator and everything is small. Too crowded for breakfast and food horrible.

The location was nice off the interstate.

Air conditioning in the room was not working well which led to quite warm sleeping conditions. The soap in the shower was opened and used, which makes me question if the bathroom was properly cleaned. Also there was not toilet paper holder so it just had to sit on the top of the counter, which seemed unsanitary.

Check in is listed as starting at 3 pm. So I got there at 3. I was told the rooms weren't available at that time. So I waited, no big deal. But at 4 the rooms were still not available. Irritating but what can you do. At 4:30 I was able to check in an get into a room. The room was nothing like the pictures, old, dated. The whole thing smelled like Lysol and bleach, so yes they had cleaned. Despite that there were heavy black stains in the shower and in the toilet. *shrugs* I travel a lot for work, this place wasn't even on my top five of worst. So got my things in and went for some dinner. Came back, watched a little TV, went to sleep. Breakfast was hard sausages that tastes like cardboard and these weird hard egg discs. They had loads of carbs that I couldn't eat because of gluten intolerance. All in all, meh. It's just a cheap overnight sleep spot, not much else.

It's mostly clean and safe. Don't expect anything modern or new. It's like the late 90s. Dated, but it's safe. A good overnight sleep. Quiet and such, comfy enough beds.

The manager and another employee were screaming at each other on the phone. Everyone could hear the interaction. Very unprofessional.
