Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe check in was a nightmare. I know this is a typical Las Vegas complaint, but it was unbelievable how long it took. Waiting in the snaking line with maybe 80-100 people with only three clerks. Each person averaged about 10-15 minutes to talking to the their clerks with nearly all having some type of issue. The mobile check in option didn’t work. I spent nearly 2 hours checking in starting at 9:00 pm on a Sunday night.
The rooms themselves were comfortable and clean. No noise from the casino

CanadaShower water could be hotter and the toilet flush stronger, but easy to work around.
Although we only had a 4th level room we found it well placed for what we needed. Very quiet halls. Very spacious room for the cost. Excellent pool facilities.

United States of AmericaWas a bit run down, had two rooms but couldn’t get them side by side. Didn’t know about the $40+ resort fee and we had two rooms for barely a night as we were just trying to stay close to the airport. So cost a lot more than expected.
They let us check in early.

United KingdomNo fridge. Or kettle. the cupboard was there for the fridge .but they had taken it out .so they could charge you £25 if you wanted it. When you go away .you always want a fridge and kettle or coffee maker .for a hotel of that quality. I was very surprised. They were both missing.

AustraliaPaid Upgrade to corner room is next to elevators, vending and ice machine - it is very noisy all night. Limited dining options. A desk near reception is a “time share presentation “ trap that masquerades as show bookings. TV reception was dreadful and difficult to watch.
Value for money and good links to other resorts. Reciprocal use of other MGM pools. WiFi really good. Beds comfortable.

United States of AmericaThere is no refrigerator in the room. It's my fault for not noticing that when i made the reservation. I reserved a Pyrmid King and paid a deposit, but when we checked in, there weren't any Pyrmid Kings available. We were supposedly upgraded to a larger, two-queen bed room with a bathtub. We don't need a bathtub when there is already a large shower. The extra square footage in the room did nothing for us. I don't consider it an upgrade at all. I reserved and paid a deposit for a specific type of room and didn't get it.
The location was great. The price was fair.
