Only thing difficult was the climb up to the rooms. No steps yet but we understand that is in the works. It wasn’t terrible you just had to be careful

Parking was tight. Also, there is one mirror and it’s in the bathroom. I recommend a $7 full length mirror from Walmart for each room. Most people like to see what they look like before they leave for the day.

Floor was beautiful but a tiny bit creaky just in a very few certain spots going down the hallway.I was upstairs and afraid that I was making too much noise for whoever was below when I went to bathroom at night.There were stairs to climb to second floor but I was very happy about that because I needed some exercise to burn some calories from all the good food I ate !

Very clean.Comfortable beds,quality appliances,furniture,shower,friendly owners.Close to the river and downtown area where the great restaurants are.Price was more than fair.I was somewhat surprised at the newness ,quality and was very satisfied⚘️ would highly recommend .

Perfect location! We were there for the Miss Mississippi Teen pageant. We were just a few blocks from the pageant.

There were no curtains or blinds at one of the bedroom windows which overlooked the street. There wasn't enough seating in the lounge area for four of us and only 3 cups.

A lovely spacious apartment in a convenient location. Our host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The beds were comfortable.

The noise from street was loud and terrible. I am a light sleeper. My unit was next to the main Street. The unit had a stand up fan, so I put in it my room the last night to block out some of the outside noise.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The beds were comfortable and smelled great. New appliances and nicely done wood floors. The craftsmanship of the framed windows, doors, baseboards. and closets had their own unique wood style that we enjoyed. Elizabeth took good care of us. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The heat didn’t work properly and it was cold. Air was coming through the cracks of the doors. We just purchased extra blankets and was fine.

The place that she found would be the same price but it would be an extra $250 deposit. The place was not comparable to what we originally booked by any means. I declined because of this and again expressed I felt like the others should have been notified and offered another accommodations not us. Ultimately I was told they booked for a week. So it seemed like because they would be getting a larger profit from there stay than ours we were the one left without a place. Elizabeth finishes with your booking is no longer available it is canceled and you can book for another date. Which we will never do after this experience.

My experience was terrible and ultimately because of the inconvenience we we were forced to cancel our whole trip. I was contacted by Elizabeth at 9am the morning that I was due to arrive for check in and told well basically “this property was double booked the guest checked in last night and we have no other units available. Sorry I hope you will consider us in the future.” I instantly find a number to call and spoke with her. I expressed how unprofessional, inconveniencing and wrong this was. I also explained how I made this booking several months before the date to check in to prevent any adverse events like this. She offered to find another place for my friends and I but never to find the ones who I’m sure booked after us another place. (It was nice to offer but why couldn’t the others be offered other accommodations?)

Parking and exterior entrance -had to climb a small incline from parking area. Falling hazard. Sketchy old convenience store right behind bldg and no gate. Loud cars and music on Friday night. Old washclothes - uncomfortable living room furnishings. Needs improvement to live up to "luxury".

Very nice inside - clean and new. Close to Washington St which has been revamped in recent years. Very nice host.
