Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe bathtub in the second floor bathroom did not drain properly so all the backup stayed in the tub and we had to clean it before every use. The kitchen was not very well stocked with pots. The friends we went with slept in the master bedroom on the third floor and they said the mattress was extremely soft and probably needed to be replaced. The following is not a criticism of the property but these are things that are good to know before renting this property. The vehicle we were in stuck out into the sidewalk a bit so we did get a ticket - parking seems to be a major issue in this area. It would have been helpful to know that you need to pay to park everywhere you go and you can be ticketed even in the driveway. Lastly, this was a beautiful home and we obviously knew when we booked it that is was at least 2 stories, but for older people, it is a lot of stairs. We didn't think about this when we reserved this property but it really made us appreciate our one story homes.
The location was fabulous. The home was beautiful. It was nicely furnished. The beds on the second floor were very comfortable. It was wonderful having a washer and dryer at the property. The neighbors were very nice and didn't seem to mind having tourists next door. The home was very close to wonderful restaurants and great shopping!

United States of AmericaHad to call for a remote for the tv and was told that the remote we had wasn’t the correct remote. All of the tv apps were the basic packages. Also you advertise a 3 bedroom and 3 baths when it is actually two and a half bathes. You also need to install some light bulbs in the upstairs bathroom. One of the bar stools needs some repair on the cross brackets. One parking place is not enough when you can accommodate 8 people in the house

United States of AmericaThe property was spacious and immaculate. Simply lovely! The location was excellent, being located between the River and Forsyth Park, and within easy walking distance of both. The property was in a very safe area and on a quiet side street. We were able to easily walk to restaurants (The Pink House was 1/2 mile away), to a Ghost Tour, and to a River Cruise. The side patio with outdoor seating was a bonus and appreciated as we re-grouped between afternoon activities and dinner.

United States of AmericaThe downside to the place was that the blinds would not come all the way down(master bathroom) or seemed broken. The rug in the living room needs to be taped down because it moves and can cause someone to trip. The steps need the slip guards on them because they are hardwood, so no one falls down them. The other two bedrooms need TVs in them. The only tv outside the living room is in the master. Sometimes, a person may want to watch TV in their room but can't.
This place was totally beautiful. All the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of toiletries. The kitchen met all of our needs for the entirety of our stay. The best part was the location. It was centrally located to everything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to someone looking for a great vacation spot.

United States of AmericaA few improvements to make one’s stay more comfortable: - replace mattress in one of the guest bedrooms on second floor. Very uncomfortable since it sinks right in the middle. - Put some kind of mat in tub of second floor bathroom. Very slippery and dangerous when showering. - Accentuate the fact that there are 3 floors and 2 very long staircases. Older guests may not be able to climb that many stairs. - PLEASE replace the living room sofa! It is so uncomfortable! Very unpleasant to sit on and discourages from everyone gathering together at the end of the day. - We know Savannah is old and charming, but the loose bricks in front of the house, on walkway, are extremely perilous. They need some attention.
Townhouse was ideally located and within walking distance to Savannah’s attractions in the historic district. Very clean and spacious inside to accommodate 3 couples. Kitchen and dining area were conducive to preparing meals. Appliances were superb and outdoor grill on patio was an added bonus.

United States of AmericaMinor things like too many stairs, a little farther than a walking distance to the river, washing machine can use some cleaning.
This house has everything you need for short or long stay with your family with 3 bed/3 bath. Master bath at 3rd floor has huge bathtub with a TV, so was real nice. All 4 TVs all have access to Netflix! Kitchen has everything you need. Location is not a walking distance so get ready to walk or drive around unless you like walking. Finding a parking space at the downtown is somewhat challenging during the weekend but you can prob. find one.

United States of AmericaReally wish there would be twin beds instead of dbl/queens as we had several girlfriends on this trip……pillows were not comfortable and i had read that there were 3 bathrooms when in reality one was only a half bath, which was not clear in the booking information.
Location was great…we had 2 cars so one provided spot and the street parking cost $12 for a full day which was great…the living/dining area was great for our group to congregate and the kitchen was spacious. Loved having a washer/dryer which was a surprise.

United States of AmericaThe brick around the tree in the front of the townhouse are uneven due to the tree root and one person in your party tripped and fell due to this.

United States of AmericaOnly right side of refrigerator was available, which was fine. There appears to be a leak coming from the bottom of the right side. Had to put paper towels down to collect the water. Grateful for the extra freezer. Brochures about the area would have been nice. There are no TV's on the first floor bedrooms. Third floor bedroom door very loud when opening and closing. Hopefully place is strayed for bugs, as we found one in the kitchen and one in the fridge.
Ease of check-in and location. House was big and comfortable.
