You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United States of AmericaI was leary of the area because it was surrounded by abandoned buildings, but with all the security measures put in place, I was alright
I loved the setup, and even though it was an open space, I still felt at home. The lady who was renting it out was very prompt at solving any issues that I came across. She was awesome. I loved the security of everything. To enter in, you had to have a code, even for the elevator. It was quiet, and the residents were friendly. When I go back to STL this isis where we are staying.. Thanks for the loft experience.

The property was very clean and modern. It was very cozy and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the sofa is super comfy. It felt safe inside alot of codes and its gated so not just anybody can come in. The owner was very attentive and responsive and super sweet.

United States of AmericaUpon arriving I came down delmar and was a bit confused on which complex it was. so it pretty much took awhile to find but after I found it everything went smoothly!
The interior design of the whole apartment was overall stunningly beautiful! There were complimentary drinks and snacks available and toiletries also. It was very spacious and smelled really good! Also came with Wi-Fi! We enjoyed the pool area also before it got to hot lol. 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know!

United States of AmericaCoffee of some sorts to use the coffee maker in the morning for forgetful guests. :) Not used to memory foam mattress so did not sleep well. News reports of 10 juvenile's shot and one killed just a half a mile away was a little unnerving but the facility was secure.
The much needed amenities since we forgot our toothbrushes and the snacks were a big hit when we got in after 11:00 pm. Also like the very helpful and quick response from the host on an issue we caused by not reading the check-out instructions carefully.
