You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United States of AmericaThe stairs were pretty steep and curved slightly at the top and bottom. I am short, however the beds were talker, so it was hard to get in and out. Beds were very comfy though!
I DEFINITELY enjoyed having the 2 bedrooms have their private full bathrooms. The place was very clean and modern. Will DEFINITELY use again!

United States of AmericaThe lighting took a little time to get used to. Most of the lighting including the outside lighting is all motion censored, so if I could change anything it would be to have a way to keep an outdoor light (and living room fan) on without having to move around, and maybe there is a way and we just never found it. Most of the indoor lighting had switches that you could flip so that the lights would stay on when you were in the room and not moving around. I do understand that this probably helps with the cost of electricity when guests leave lights on during their stay though, so it wasn’t a big deal or a reason for us not to go back.
I was in Jacksonville to visit my son who is in the marines. This townhouse was the perfect townhouse in the perfect location. The neighborhood was quiet, but it wasn’t far from restaurants and stores. It is also fairly close to beaches. It is about 15 minutes from the Camp Legune. We visited Top Sail and Pine Knolls Aquarium both within about 50 minutes from the property depending on the traffic. The house itself was perfect. It was very clean. The decor is very clean and modern. The downstairs floor plan is pretty open. Each of the two bedrooms has its own full bathroom on the second floor. There is a half bath located on the first floor in the main living space. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing with a tall privacy fence around the yard. Even though it is a town home in the middle of others, I heard no one on either side of the home during my entire 3 night stay. The price is great for everything that is offered. The host was great. Awesome communication, replied quickly when we had a question. Easy check in and check out process. I will definitely be utilizing this property again when going to Jacksonville to visit my son.

United States of AmericaThe sinks in the full baths were a little large to allow functionality and use of the mirror and I'd recommend a different contactor for repairs and work that has already been discussed with the property owner.
Flow was nice and the beds were comfortable. Quiet, convenient to who we were visiting and over all good. Bedrooms were upstairs and allowed for a retreat if needed.
