Our king room was up a flight of stairs, even asking in advance if I could get a ground room floor. Our 2 rooms were on opposite sides of the hotel on different floors, it wasn't the end of the world, but was inconvenient when trying to make plans for the day/evening . No towels at the pool.

We rented 2 rooms for 3 nights. My husband and I were in a king and young adult children had a double queen. Our rooms were clean and quiet. I was amazed that I never did hear street noise. We all really liked that the carpet had been taken out and replaced with laminate flooring. The king bed was very comfortable. The kids didn't have any complaints on their beds. The outdoor pool was great. We used it all 3 afternoons we were there. We didn't try the breakfast because we slept in then went for brunch. We liked the location, everything in Branson was easily accessible without being on the strip.

The beds wasn't the greatest. Mine had slope to it. Had a stain on my sheets and the makeup towel had sex discharge on it.

I can't say anything bad because our stay was fine. We took our granddaughter with us and she had a great time

Check in was fast and easy. Room was very well accessible and comfortable. Room was very spacious and clean. Pool area was very very great. Breakfast area was great. No complaints everything was just as expected and very homey. The owner of the motel open the pool so my granddaughter could swim and made all of our accommodations perfect.

did not like people at the pool at night drinking hard liquor. not enough toilet necessities had to ask for them. having an iron in the room would have been nice. Parking was very limited and had to fight flies in our room every day and we did not keep the door open

We asked for rooms next to each other on the bottom floor as there were 2 handicap adults. We did receive adjoining rooms, but they were on the 3rd floor with no elevator for use. It caused a few issues but we made it ok. Would have really liked 1st floor.

Nice rooms, parking was great too. Front staff was very friendly. Great access to many area attractions. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the refrigerator in the room.

We did enjoy the yummy breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was located in a great area. My kids definitely loved the pool. The staff was very nice and friendly. Could have not asked for a better hotel if i say so myself.

They had old flat pillows and there cable was not very good. They had to get us a new Tv because they thought that was the problem. But actually it was the cable. There were other rooms complaining about the tv while we were there

I only had 2 complaints. The first is that the food at the breakfast was the exact same every day and there was no bacon. My gf can't eat dairy and isn't a fan of sausage so she didn't really get to eat. My other complaint is the lights outside the doors are so bright even with the curtains closed the like came through like it was daytime. We kept waking up at 2,3,4 am thinking it was 10 or 11am.

Over all the hotel was great for the price and the staff was nice.

Thought i reserved room with jacuzzi tub, pillows had no pillow case, had to go to office twice to finnally get them, was locked out of room 2nd day. Never knew we had free wi-fi

In the process of the remodel, the doors had weird locks and showers. The deadbolt handle was chopped off at the bottom because it was too close to the door handle. No chain on the door for added safety. The refrigerator had been moved from its original spot in the entertainment center and the metal bottom support was sticking out - a real toe catcher. The sink stopped draining on day 3. We had only used it to wash our hands and brush our teeth. Hair was in the tub when we checked in.

The location was great. Close to the action, but off the beaten path so traffic was not terrible. The room was quiet and we'll insulated from outside noise. Nice little swimming pool. Convenient parking. Freshly remodeled room. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was pretty good.

All staff interaction was very friendly. Location is great for being close to strip and Silver Dollar City (it's past the IMAX a little ways and right across road from Branson Drive through zoo). Price was very reasonable for a two night stay for my wife and I plus 3 small kids. Pool was nice size and clean. Breakfast tasted fresh (biscuits and gravy plus scrambled eggs and sausage) and kids loved the cereal selection available too. There was toast/yogurt/bagels too. Apple/orange juice on tap and fresh coffee. For the price paid, on short notice, I am 110% satisfied. Would have no issues staying again in the future.

The cable TV in one of the 2 rooms I rented wouldn't stay on. Called someone came up and all he did was got it back on and said just dont touch it.
