Fantastic location, in a new building above an excellent coffee shop. Great views of the city, excellent bed, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Central heating. I could have easily stayed there indefinitely.

The pillows were too soft and would be helpful to have instructions for the microwave/oven and A/C.

The room was a little dirty, there was hairs in the bathroom and shower. The carpet looked dirty, and there was food or residue splashed on the appliances in the kitchen.

We had a lovely view. The bed was comfortable. The decor was modern.

The fire alarm went off at 5 am and we had to walk down 4 flights of stairs with a sleeping toddler. When we came back up, we were told it was a false alarm and took awhile to get my child back to sleep. Then it went off again after 30 minutes! Kept my son up till 7 am.

Everything! Looked exactly like the pictures, very bright and light filled, and the furnishings/appliances were very high end (parachute home bedding and linens, Miele appliances). The rooftop was an amazing added bonus! We spent a lot of time up there and had the best stay!

The kitchen was cute and well-appointed, overall, but there was just one dish towel, and no sponge or dishcloth that I could see.I always use the kitchen, so a few touches like that (pot holder, maybe?) would have been perfect.

The location was great, building staff friendly, unit contacts very responsive.

The shower faucets leaked and was difficult to shut it entirely - some dripping. We were able to fix it but it needs proper tightening.

There is a person at the front desk of the building who let me in and provided me the key and instructions. He was friendly and very helpful.

didn’t have a dryer, only a washing machine. there’s a stain on a side table. it’s hard to close the blinds in living area. not enough space between couch and window to do it easily.

I arrived in the morning and the only problem was the check in time which was 4pm and they did not let me to leave my carry on in the lobby.

the window and screens and window frames when i cleaned paper towels were black. floors when cleans with towel and fabuloso onhands and knees the water when done was horrible. when cleaning bathroom floor dried out eye contacs were on floor along with two hair clips and borrowed buildings vacuume to vaccume rugs in bedroom and living room. and what the charge being charged for cleaning fees i would say after wiping down the doorknobs handkes to cabinets papertowls were very dirty . framed and glass for art very dusty i cleaned those also and laundry room floor had dry soap powder on italong with some lint. and dryer lint holder was filled before i used it . record player didnt work .

the fob situation in the beginning, that was very frustrating with multiple bags, having to walk through the parking garage, outside in the rain, and wait outside for someone.. overall it took 45 minutes to resolve and delayed our check in and our dinner reservations

Great location , lots to walk to or grab a quick Uber. property is exactly as pictures shown. staff was very friendly , constant communications from the property staff. security at the door. safe area to walk around. properly maintained well. apartment was very clean.

the hall way smelled like dog. The shower curtain had a brown stain and had to wait until the next morning to get a new one. The security guard played on social media so i don’t know what he was monitoring.

i loved the location and ease to get into the room.
