The overall state of the room was horrible. The outlets were hazardous, the bathrooms smelled, the WATER smelled so bad, we didn't even want to use it. Paint was missing from the walls, issues with the cards and the doors. And the wifi connection was unreliable.

Rust was everywhere, it just looked horrible. I only stayed for 1 night, and was glad to go. The website said there would be breakfast, that was a lie. Again, I'm glad.

The door was hard to open. The bathtub enamel was peeling. The toilet took a long time to empty, I thought it was going to overflow at one point. The bed was horrible. It was like sleeping on concrete with a sheet over it. No matter which way I turned I never got comfortable. I had to reconnect the tv cable box to the tv to get it to work. There was no coffee pot in the room, but it had all the supplies for coffee and tea. The sliding glass door was very ricketty and had no screen on it. I personally do not think it is safe being on the backside of the hotel, I did not see any security cameras.

The room was one near the entrance. It had a nice view from the sliding glass door of the pool and restaurant. The young man at check-in was the same at checkout. He was very friendly and helpful. He let me back in the room after I checked out to get my glasses that were left in the room on accident.

This felt closer to a prison stay than a motel stay. The rooms are Big O Old. Dirty as anything. You walk in, and people open their doors to check who arrived. Blankets have cigarette burns. And oh the smell.. 😬 Wyndham should be absolutely ashamed to have their name on this place. Like I said, it felt like prison. Only bright spot is the morning warden was pleasant. Do yourself a favour, don't go here. The cheap price is for a reason. It is not a good deal.

I did not like the property the non smoking rooms was not clean enough the tub was definitely not clean at all. The breakfast had to be ate in the lobby and not taken to your room. I was told by the lady with the glasses she is kind of slim.

The bathroom was horrible!!!! There were holes in the walls stuffed with towels. The water in the tub was rusty & had to be run for several minutes to be clear. The toilet barely flushed & rocked.

The location to where our event was located. Price was great but I would have paid more to stay somewhere else if I had known how bad the facilities looked.

The ‘security’ entrances were open all night (doors propped open), and people loitering in the hallways, there was one light in the entire room. No lamps on the bedside table, no clock, no phone, no toiletries. The food in the morning was okay, but the juice machine was broken. The only good thing was the bed. Would definitely say it was not worth the price of the room.

Couldn't get my room due to they didn't have confirmation even though I told them I had confirmation n showed them was told to wait 2 hrs even though it was 5 am when arrived ,then told if I gave cash they Would go ahead n get me in a room but then was told they didn't know how to do it to wait till 7 when other person came in and never was contacted about doom considering reasons there was no excuse to leave a customer to wait till 7am when check out would have been at 11 . Poor management poor employee knowledge of how things should be done

The bathroom was half cleaned the shower didn’t have any hot water and you can’t open the sliding doors that’s a fire hazard somebody could really get hurt.
