WiFi was inconsistent. Breakfast selection was mostly focused on sugary choices, so I skipped it. Very few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Lousy breakfast, but then most motel breakfasts are lousy. Somebody dragged some kind of appliance down the hallway about 2:00 AM, and it sounded to us like they tried knocking on our door. At 2:00 AM!? While people are sleeping! Who manages this place, anyway? One more issue: In Macon, my Red Roof reservation was honored. In Macclenny, FL. the Red Roof there did not honor my reservation. I had reserved an accessible room for two nights - arrived at 4:30 PM the day my stay was to begin and was told by the desk clerk that he had given up my room to the women staying there because she asked to extend her stay two more days. Then he tried to offer me a room on an upper floor that was not accessible. I have never been treated so shabbily by a hotel chain in my life! I filed a complaint with Red Roof Guest Services and I'm waiting to hear from them what they intend to do about it. If you are traveling and spot a Red Roof, you might have a decent experience; however, their guest reservation service is completely untrustworthy.

The accessible bathroom is one of the better ones we've seen. Shower-head with wand ample safety bars and a good fold -down bench for my wife to sit on to shower safely. That's better than many of the higher-priced chains offer. Close to several good restaurants and shops to get what we need. Great off-and-on access to I-75 South.

The fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on the bed, looked like it was put on sideways. Drove me literally nuts.

We stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi tub and it was very relaxing.

Breakfast had no meat. Parking was a pain, especially considering handicapped parking where there was only a single spot available. The desk staff had two people and still made me wait nearly 15 minutes while waiting on another single person. Got put right next to the elevators and got woke up many times.

Tub w shower stool not accessible if can't lift leg over tub. Also no detachable sprayer. Bottom of tub very slick, very glad I had chair and bars or I would have fallen. All handicap accessible rooms need to be roll in type shower, not tubs.

The lady at the front desk that worked at night she was very friendly. I loved chatting with her. We just sat down there and chatted while she was getting breakfast ready and everything. I would come up there again JUST to chat with here again.
