Property was clean room was clean. Location of this place is great. Close to st.pete Clearwater and siesta key. We rented a car and went to a new place everyday.

The size of the pool. Also, we were told to put the dishwasher on but there was no dishwasher detergent. We were able to get some from a family member who was also staying at the resort.

The building we stayed at had a locked entrance which we liked. Our room was spacious and clean.

We were right next to the office and the walls are very thin and we were either woken up because of how much noise we can hear or we weren’t able to sleep because of the noise. I could hear them hit the walls or when they would be making calls. It was very difficult to enjoy our vacation like that. Also the beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets and comforters were itchy and not nice.

It is my second time booking this resort and it has been a good experience. Kind staff,nice and clean place and pretty close to the beach.

Upon arrival, there were little fruit flies in kitchen and they were there throughout our stay. The mattress on one bed was soft and uncomfortable. Too many people for size of the pool.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and roomy. Small private balcony with nice view of the intracoastal waterway. Kitchen is fully equipped.

not sure where to start. it felt dirty, the shower never stopped dripping, the walls were dirty with marks all over the place. There were no beach towels, the 2 chairs that were provided were broken and extremely rusted. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. Not that this matters but there’s a giant water stain on the carpet directly in front of the door in the hallway. The tv in the bedroom didn’t seem to work, it was extremely confusing to turn on/work. coffee machine was provided but no coffee? Had to basically clean the condo before we left or else we would’ve been charged? pull out couch had no sheets and was covered in stains.

Did not like the room asigned to us ! when we asked to change to another one since they had plenty available the lady that checked us in said it was imposible because we reserved thru Booking and we should off booked directly so we spend the two days I an apartment that was depressing. No house keeping service, you have to make your own bed and washed your dishes The second bed was in a very depressing small room with no window, the bed lines worn out. The furniture was very depressing it was more like for a winter facility and it looked old. The check out time is at 10 am

Mold in elevator (water from hurricane Ian) just outside our room impacted our breathing. This should have been disclosed to guests. Rude and dismissive staff (David). Asked for different room and brought up concerns to David which were dismissed.

Furniture was dirty, Sofa was uncomfortable and needs to be upgraded. I sank on the sofa. The bathroom fan was very noisy. When we got to the facility the room requested was not the one we asked for and we waited an extra 2 hours to be checked in. The front door to the facility did not close by itself.

The original room we were booked into was deplorable. After spending a sleepless night there ( worrying about the source of an undetermined odor and it’s impact on us) we had to request a transfer to another unit in the newer building.

I liked the proximity to the site of the wedding we were there to attend as well as the proximity to the beach.

We were there for a wedding for our niece. The wedding was beautiful. Not anything to do with the resort. The room was very old fashion , smelled and when I went to open thy e slider it was very difficult . Also none of the light switches matched a light. Very dissatisfied . Another family member had to ask for a new room due to the fact that it smelled like smoke.

The bed mattresses were absolutely too soft and very uncomfortable. We did not get a good night sleep because of the mattresses were too soft and old. We both sank into the middle of the mattress. The bathroom sink fixtures were rusted. The bathroom fan was very loud and annoying The furniture in the living room was old and need to be replaced. It would have been nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms, especially, the second bedroom, which did not have a window.

The balcony over looking the water was nice and calming. The kitchen appliances were nice.

Condo was perfectly located on the harbor next to John’s Pass. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, beach and just everything you can think of. Beautiful decor. View from every window.

I liked that it was just a short walk to John's Pass and the beach! We normally prefer beachfront but having a view of the ocean was great! The price made it worthwhile for sure! We will stay here again! The staff was also very helpful and polite!

SO many signs threatening to punish you if you didnt follow all the rules. Staff was ambivalent at best. Lack of supplies in the unit. Areas that were obviously missed when cleaning unit. No views of the beach.

The location was great! The unit was roomy. The beach was right across the street. Nice to have a pool.
