The bathroom in our room could have used some work. I toilet kept running, so I had to jiggle the handle a few times.

The room size was good. It was clean and comfortable. We liked the breakfast. The view of the pool was nice and the grounds are kept nice.

The only issue, if I can put that way, was the breakfast. After the 7th day we didn't want to see eggs anymore.

The location is good. Well connected. The room is full of amenities and the interior is beautiful. There is a lot to do at this property. They have breakfast included. Plenty of parking, easy to locate. They have put up a beautiful Christmas decoration with a white theme, totally different and unique. great service. The staff is polite and helpful.

the women up front on the night before thanksgiving , was not very polite. We had came in a rv and she basically just was upset that we were in a rv, saw me carrying my young child and told me to move the rv instead of just letting me check in that took less then 5 minutes. And wasn't very nice about it. We have a mid size small rv, it was not taking up space , fits in a parking spot perfectly. Made us park it ALL THE WAY in the back of the hotel while giving us a room toward the very front , while seeing I had to two young children with me . That was unbelievably inconvenient and annoying . She should work non her approach to people and be considerate . She made our experience not as good as it should have been

The breakfast is typical American - bread, waffers and cereals. I found a few fried eggs (fried and... ironed?) and small sausages. No healthy options. I was getting annoying text messages from the hotel to check-in online, to inform when I am going to arrive, to inform when I am going to leave. That is crazy. Should I want to inform about it, there is possibility to do it via booking "comments/wishes" section.

You must know that this is not a "resort", but rather typical American motel with a swimming pool and playground for kids on plastic grass. I do not know why it is graded 3 stars, as it is typical 2 star motel. And it is not bad at all. I was staying only one night, so it was OK, but to be there with kids for a whole week would be really boring. I think it is reasonably close to Disney World and this is why people like the location.

The bathroom wasn’t too clean and the sink and shower clot a little, the water took a long time to drain.

We like the lobby and the breakfast, we barely were at the hotel do we used to leave in the morning and back at night. But the beds were so comfortable.
