Breakfast was limited and sparse. They shouldn’t advertise free breakfast, since there is hardly any food. Beds are mediocre and are very uncomfortable especially if you need a good night sleep. TV volume needs to be adjusted, weak sound.

Basic. Good for an overnight stay. Price is acceptable.

The front desk clerks aren't friendly at all. When you speak they just look at you. Also, our bed frame broke in the middle of the night and I didn't get an answer at the front desk so we just toughed it out til morning.

The breakfast was mainly pastries, cereal, and juice. It would have been nice to have something hot. We loved the location ,it is very close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The property is clean and also small and cozy.

The air conditioning was very bad to smell when it turned on. It should keep to clean or replace the filter.

My husband did eat cold breakfast and drink some coffee. I was not hungry that morning.

Some of the rooms are not the best. Some without equipment mainly televisions. Some rooms are muggy with AC units that don't blow the coldest. But like I said earlier they usually try to correct the issue on hand once they are notified

As a regular who frequently books with Magnolia as well as their sister property next door homegate inn and suites, I must say that pretty what you see is what you get. The rooms are decently sized. Larger than most rooms you'll pay for under $100 a night. Staff is usually accommodating when there are any issues with equipment ex( malfunctioning tvs, microwaves, AC units etc.) close to hwy 55 for those that want a direct line to Memphis. And close to many shopping.

Second night there it was horrible .We were woke up around 12 midnight by the people next door laughing beating on the walls talking loud and it went on till around 4 am

I didn't like that on the website it said there was a pool and there was no pool. They only had one vending machine and it was for drinks only. I really could have used a snack machine.

I loved the welcoming. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the place. It was very cozy not a lot of foot traffic behind the door. I was impressed say the least.

One complaint: the smell of the room not bad smelling it just smelled old.

Very quiet community. We were advised to stay here instead of staying in Memphis do to crime. I felt comfortable so the room was ok to me.

We were put in a room where the air didn’t work. Asked to move to another room but nothing was available so a box fan was given to us. Tried to use the iron but it was covered in lent and dust. Room smelled funny .

I felt very safe in the location. I like that it's very close to the airport and that restaurants are in walking distance. There was hot water in the shower during the entire shower.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the knob was torn off the tub, so there was no way to take a shower.

I love that it is located near many attractions. You don’t have to drive far for anything. It’s easy to get to and from the hotel. The staff was friendly & helpful. It’s extremely nice for the price. The room was clean and everything was in place. All of the rooms are on a straight hall, so it wasn’t hard to find the room.
