Walls are thin and you could hear eveything going on outside. We were to able to hear some cats in the early morning as well.

The rooms get stuffy and warm at night even in cool weather. The AC unit is scary loud and startling each time it turns on. The only solution was to open the window.

Floors could’ve been cleaner. No counter space in bathroom. No place to set an open suitcase.

Beds were a little uncomfortable to sleep in and the door handle seemed to have been broken or deteriorated so it was kind of hard to lock at times. There were also some holes in the wall. Staff was notified and made aware and mentioned it was going to get that fixed.

Check in was quick and easy and had friendly staff. Good customer service. Room was clean, and nicely arranged. There was a lot of walking distance stores which was nice.

The only thing I would say is maybe add a bit more counter space in the restroom and some more towel hooks but that’s something very minor.

The walls are a bit thinner so you can hear loud noises from kids running around etc.

The bed was comfortable and the location was good if you plan to Uber/drive to Disneyland. The room was clean, overall it is pretty okay for the price.

It is walkable to the Disneyland Resort at night if you are walking by yourself it gets a little sketchy. I arrived a little early and to check in it would've been $65 extra. The reason I chose the property was for the price so if I paid the extra fee it would've defeated the purpose.

The room was spacious and nice. The amenities in the bathroom were a plus. I was able to leave my bags because I showed up early.

no in room microwave, room was small, and i couldn’t figure out how to use the heater. the heater/ac unit was missing buttons and the only one that did anything was the timer button. thankfully they provide extra blankets in the room. the water in the sink never got warm, but the shower/bath was perfect temperature.

staff was friendly and bed was very comfortable. room was really clean except for some black spots around the grout in the shower. i liked the shelves and extra storage space in the bathroom and shower.

On the second night I came to the room and my face wash was missing. Maybe it got thrown out. It was brand new… the manager refunded the parking fee. But I still had to go to Sephora and buy a new $45 face wash.

Only downside was the road noise, but this is common in the area.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, even moving us to a bigger room on arrival to accommodate us more comfortably as we had lots of luggage. The room was clean and spacious with Comfortable beds and bathroom had a nice warm shower. There are plenty of food options around, and the close proximity to the Disney parks made it perfect for our stay.

The area at night can be quite dodgy, every night you can hear fireworks from Disney. Also very noisy next to the road but not hotels fault

The room's A/C didn't work well. The lowest the temperature went down was 68° and it wasn't blowing cool air even though we set it to cool. Also, the buttons were broken. Another thing was that the TV didn't work until I had to troubleshoot after asking the front desk to fix it when they went to the room for cleaning.
