Bed is not comfortable. In need of repair. Been there 3 weeks and Wi-Fi really bad connection. Cable TV is terrible; a lot of stations are not working. Front Desk staff seem to not care about complaints. No hot water for the past 2 days.

The hotel in whole is dirty. The carpet in the hallways is filthy dirty. The walls in the room I was in were dirty. It has food stains and other filthy stains on it. The microwave didn't work. The dishwasher had water stuck in the bottom, which caused an odor. There were dust and spider webbs on the walls and doors. This hotel needs a deep cleaning, inside and out. I was also upset because I was charged for my emotional support dog. Guest should not be charged for emotional support animals, or service animals.

There was nothing spectacular about the hotel. The staff was very nice.

There was no silverware. The tub had a gash in the bottom. The towels were not clean. There was no coffee. There were no kitchen appliances. Staff is rude.

Flatware was sufficient. Daily towel change was nice. Having a stove was good.

Upon my arrival I noticed someone sitting on the ground outside near the door . ( I really think before they took this picture of this hotel they told them folks to get up ) and cleaned up before hand lol and they need to get new carpets . Idk if the owners feel like it’s no point just because people live here as well . But they deserve to have nice things as well and be comfortable. The walls of the hotel were dirty u can see the dirt marks , the bed was way to close to the wall I could only get on the bed from one side , the towels were clean but u can see beard hair or pubic hair inside of the towels still , the shower was peeling and u can tell they need a remodel , the carpet in the room looked like it need to be replaced (or whoever clean just vacuum the visible areas and not get the hose behind the bed or move the furniture and get it real good. Now don’t get me wrong this is decent for someone who don’t have an option . When I looked at the pictures on the website it’s COMPLETE DIFFERENT. The only thing that is the same is the kitchen . The chair in the room was tore up . When I looked around I had to clean clean clean . To be comfortable enough to sleep . I HAD NO OPTION after driving 4 hrs and 30 mins . I went to Walmart and brought a shower Matt , sheets , pillows cases , and bleach , and spray ( for the cigarette smell)

Nothing but the kitchen in the room . And the girl at the front dest she was so pretty and nice . And she even told me a good place to park (near the camera ) so she was amazing . And she had a great attitude. Because not a lot of people are like that when they work at hotels . && when I can in the building I’ve noticed that it smelled like a good plug in so that was good .

Anyone can come thru side door that is not a guest, A rock held the door open at all times, boil eggs were thrown in the hallway floors, where no one ever cleaned it up even the next day when I checked out it was still there.

The entire place smelled horrible, not too clean. Hot. I just stayed one night so we dealt with it. Will not return!

The hotel was very dirty and I had my room downgraded due to overbooking, I reserved a two bed room and got a one bed room. While they did call to inform me and get my approval, it was 1 hour before check-in leaving me no real options but to agree.

Overall, not very clean. Could definitely do a better job of this. Room didn’t have toilet paper when we checked in. Halls and room smell like cigarette smoke despite smoking not being allowed.

The whole place had a feel of just being old, and in need of refurbishing. There were odd smells as soon as you walked into the building. Doors would slam behind you with no buffering that I'm sure everyone on the first floor could hear. There were large obvious stains in the carpet in our room, and the bottom of the bathtub was dingy looking. The bed felt as if it could use a new mattress.

The one staff member we encountered at check-in was pleasant. No issues there.

I paid 251 for two nights Friday 23 September - Sunday 25 September. My first night I had to move from room 305 to 205 because the toilet was as leaking. Then at 4am in the morning I hear water leaking in the bathroom from the ceiling which was coming from room 305. Some how the water was turned back on. To top it off it also started leaking from another spot. Then Saturday evening the door knob on the inside of the room door came off and I almost freaked out. The place could use a major cleaning of the carpet around the hotel or it needs to be replaced because it holds it odor.

As soon as we arrived we heard 2 shot guns. The hotel was not clean, shower no pressure, bed was not comfortable. In the morning we left around 7:30 and no breakfast. The reception said the breakfast finishes early cause of the people that go to work. She did give me a muffin and a juice. We won’t stay there again.

Friendly receptionist at our arrival. She did make my daughter feel safe after we told her about the shot gun.

Only a couple of channels on TV. The fridge was making a werid irrating noise. Lots of stains on the floors in the hallway. Could be way cleaner

There was a serious gnat problem that was addressed with front desk and never taken care of. I was charged before check in due to being sold out so I couldn't swap rooms. There was no manager present the next morning when I asked for a partial refund due to the bug issue in which we killed literally 5 in less than 24 hours.

The location isn't the best, some Uber drivers couldn't find the hotel because of the layout. The room had a weird smell to it and what I have been told by the front desk employee that they don't have double bed rooms. The room I stayed in was right next to the "fire" exit and it is equipped with a few seconds alarm and at midnight/ morning around 5 or 6 people would constantly go in or out from that door and sometimes but a small rock so, the door doesn't close. The main door only opens with a key card so, probably that's why they are using the sides doors instead but, I'm not sure and it was super annoying to keep hearing the alarm at that time.
