Our hall smelled strongly of marijuana often, hotel staff weren't always very attentive. When we checked in a gentleman in front of us had to call the front desk and let the phone ring loudly before someone arrived. When checking out, I had to wait for a bit before someone arrived to turn our keys. Most hotels I've ever stayed at always had someone behind the desk.

Location was good. Room was comfortable. Facility seemed clean, safe and well maintained.

the trash cans were overflowing the day we got there outside the door and 3 days later when we left it was still full and overflowing all over the ground.

The room at first glance was very well put together. Then as we prepared for bed we discovered things such as the linens not being clean. On the fold out sofa there was something that I can’t even explain what it was but it was disgusting. Thankfully we travel with throw blankets, so the sofa was folded back up and my son used a throw on it. At around 1:30 in the morning I had to go to the lobby to use the restroom and get a plunger because the toilet was threatening to overflow. My 73 year old mother woke up shortly thereafter and had to use the bathroom and then she had to plunge the toilet. In the morning when we were checking out and I handed the plunger to the man at the front desk he was completely unbothered about a guest having the plunger.

Property is located in a fantastic area. Food, the mall, and family entertainment are all very close to the hotel.

Definitely could use better housekeeping! We stayed here for 5 days & housekeeping only came in ONE time & only gave us towels & did nothing else! We even asked for housekeeping to come by every day! The floors really needed to be cleaned.. it had gotten quite a bit of stuff on it between our kids & eating in the room. We even asked for a broom or something at the front desk twice & was always told that housekeeping would come take care of it & never did. So we had to stay in a room with a filthy floor. Wasn't too happy about that.. Also, another thing was that the pictures that are shown for the rooms aren't what you get exactly. You could tell the rooms had a lot of wear & tear & just outdated looking but overall it was a good stay.

The rooms were very spacious, one of the biggest ones we've stayed in. Had quite a bit of room & there was 7 of us in the room! 5 of them were our kids. The beds were surprisingly comfortable!

beds were off the floor a bit more than I needed Iam 5’4 not that tall. just had knee surgery so still recovering. bending to get up was hard. toilet was to short kid size.

The room had a smell, floors were dirty in the entire room, an old soap bar was left in the bathroom shower and a curly black hair in the bathroom floor.

We arrived later than expected, and the hotel put a hold on my card (which was expected), but when I arrived, they charged the booking fee as a separate transaction, so I had two charges for the room on my card until my bank released the funds from the original hold almost a week later. This "double-charge" made things difficult for my party because it affected my budget, which affected me checking in at my final destination. The lock on one of the outside doors was also loose and barely functional.
