Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Last day I was leaving the police had to show up for guest who was refusing to pay bill. It was only thing to sour great stay. Also no breakfast options.
I stayed here before under different name still same great property Happy with room and eminties.

The TV could have been bigger, when I moved the recliner to get closer to the tv I found socks that didn’t belong to me and debris, all of the dishes/kitchen items I used had to be washed free of old food, wish the pillows were bigger, and the sink disposal had a mild smell
Kitchenette, comfortable bed, nice size bathroom, recliner was used but very comfy, good space for your clothes, pet stations outside were well maintained, vacuum was easily available from the front desk, and the location was prime

Hot water tank went down and nobody notified us and they kept telling us hot water would be back on late evening and we went without water for 5 days. I asked if we would get compensate for the no hot water they said no because I booked thru 3 party. Thanks,

They didn't offer any kind of breakfast, and the air conditioning unit didn't have a fan option so it kept turning off and on all night. I'm a light sleeper, so I would wake up every time it kicked on, but besides that the room was great!
The room was nice, very clean and comfortable.

Air conditioning unit couldn’t be controlled by the actual unit at the window. Post check-out, staff said the wall thermostat could change the air temp.

The pillows suck a lot, bring your own. May be wise to bring your own linens as well as the hotels have random stains.
It's cheap and is in a good part of the city. Roads around the hotel are excellent, which is strange for Illinois. Worth the stay if you don't really care about where you stay and are there for the city.

The beds were lumpy and needed replaced, fridge made loud noises, the carpets were sticky, ripped curtains, small inadequate pillows and a very worn “leather” seat

Some things needed fixed. Toilet handle is cracked. The pillows were a bit lumpy. Unfortunately there was a fire down the hall. It wasn't bad but smoke filled hallway. It was choking. Thanks the police and fire department came. Got it under control and all was well. The description says they have breakfast but they don't have it anymore at this hotel.
I liked location, it was very convenient to many stores. I also enjoyed the room. Just what I needed. The laundry room was easy to use with the app instead of coins. For the price and everything I'd stay again. I was here to help clean a house and see a few friends. So I was just looking for a convenient place I can cook dinner and rest my head at night.

bed was fine but mattress on sofa bed very thin or old. lots of stains on carpet and sofa bed. glass coffee pot broken (replaced on request) and the breakfast that was meant to be included turned out to just be coffee
staff were fantastic, generally good facilities, plenty of space in the room. bath room although dated was all fine & clean

They don’t offer breakfast, though you may find breakfast option at booking. overall very nice clean and comfortable rooms. Internet is bit slow.

Laundry facilities were difficult to use and partially out of order. Breakfast was very limited. Room smelt of previous guest's cooked food.

The cleanliness was not so good. The breakfast included was a tiny bottle of water and two small cereal bars in a brown bag to go. I wouldn’t dare to call that a breakfast.
Location was good, nice restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and the kitchenet fairly well equiped.
