The person or people who stayed in the room before us smoked, and the scent was still in the air conditioner. We used an odor eliminating spray, but whenever the air conditioner came on, we could smell it. I don't blame the hotel since this is a non-smoking hotel, but it was pretty annoying. We told the staff about the smell coming from the air conditioner when we were leaving, and they said they would get maintenance to check it out. In future, I will make sure to request that the room not have any smoker smells.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. We liked having the kitchenette. The hotel was very reasonably priced for the area and very close to where we needed to be. The bed was also very comfortable.

The mattress was broken so when I would be on one side of the bed, I would eventually roll back into my partner in the middle of the night. Grout in the bathroom was a tad bit dingy looking as well as calk in the bathtub.

The rugs in the rooms were dirty. Walking made feet and socks sticky and dirty in all 3 rooms. One room also smelled like dog. Would be nice if rugs were steam cleaned or shampooed between guests especially if there are pets.

Customer service was excellent, especially manager Kathy, who was an amazing help and very patient, working with our basketball team.

This was my second stay at this location, this bed was a little noisy when moving around, and the light-blocking curtains needed to be replaced, but otherwise met our needs.

The staff was friendly and remembered us from our visit a month ago. It's in a quiet, easy to get to location with good food options nearby.

MainStay Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash met our expectations. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious enough, and quiet. The wifi worked well, although it was a nuisance to have to login frequently. Best of all, the price was reasonable.

not very many amenities. compared to places we’ve stayed in the past, there was no breakfast or even just a continental breakfast. no shampoo or conditioner. the bed was uncomfortable

Smelled like urine as soon as I entered room. Immediately notified front desk clerk & she came to the room to spray air freshener. Perhaps the carpet in the room should be removed…I don’t know. Kept the window to help the reduce smell & that significantly helped!!

NO POOL OR HOT TUBD. COULD START TO UPDATE A LITTLE BUT THEN THAT WOULD RAISE THE PRICES. MAYBE HOUSE KEEPING COULD BE EVERYDAY.

breakfast is not good coffee is always very cold. The refrigerator and heater in the room make a lot of noise, causing headaches.

The location is very good, the hotel is clean, the staff are helpful, it's a hotel where I can stay safely, when I come back to Ohio, the only hotel I will stay at is the mainstay.

The "Grab and Go" breakfast...would have preferred a continental breakfast or something a little heartier.

The breakfast was a paper bag with a muffin, a clementine, a water, and a granola bar. I'd say skip giving out this breakfast and save the customer a few dollars on the room instead.
