Dishwasher was full of dishes. They were clean just not put away. I’m on vacation I did not want to empty a dishwasher. Told the front desk and they said “ it’s so you know the dishes are clean. Just put them where you want. “ This really should be part of housekeeping in my opinion.

Conveniently located didn’t have to drive too far for dinners only 25 minutes from Silverwood.

The airconditioner needs an upgrade. It didn’t cool the room enough.

The room is for the disabled but no one seems to understand that the beds are up way too high so I was not able to get in either bed without my husband pulling me up in the bed. They need to put beds on low platforms. Then the dishes for the room were not put up but still in the dishwasher. Plus the shower head was not set up in the middle of the wall so I could turn it on and off on my own and my husband had to do that for me and hand the nozzle to me. The shower curtain was too short and not wide.enough to wrap the curtain behind the shower seAt to prevent water going out of the shower and it has a lip preventing me getting closer with my chair to the seat. Seat needs to be angled up in the front to prevent a person from sliding off.

The room was large and I was able to move around in it very freely and well in my manual wheelchair. It had a very large fridge with a nice size freezer. Nice cooking area and small table that was on wheels we use a lot. The room was very nice and clean plus bright.

they gave my original suite reservation for two nights to someone else prior to our arrival and had to give us a handicap suite—no tub, no pull out couch bed had to make room for a roll away—kinda frustrating, no discount on the room for the mistake…we ended up staying one extra night in the room we were supposed to originally have and it was so much nicer for our family. wish we’d have had it the two nights prior but happy they could at least accommodate us to have a suite.

One corner of our room had mushrooms growing from the carpet that I think was from moister, possibly from the A/C. But we didn't realize this until the morning we left.

Breakfast was well stocked and frequently replenished. Location was close to I-95.

1) I used the bathroom and there was a long hair on the floor! 2) Wanted to take a nap coz tired from driving. the bedsheet felt like there were sand on the bed, but there weren’t, I further examined then realized it was the bedsheet has the fibers bumps and one long brown color hair at the foot side of the bed. 3) my room was facing the freeway so I was a little bit noisy. 4) toilet treats are limited- only one shampoo, two makeup remover and 2 small bar of soaps.

There was nothing we really did not like. The hot tub jets were not working but the staff worked diligently to solve the problem. There is a bit of noise from the adjacent highway but we sleep very soundly.

At check in, there were several people checking in at the same time. When it was finally my turn, I walked up and the gal said "I have to call housekeeping so please give me a few minutes". The next lane got done so I went over there and the gent didn't move the fastest, but was friendly. As I'm going through the process of checking in, the gal had an issue with the guy that came in behind me and asked him for help and instead of telling her "Can you wait just a minute", immediately walked away and started taking care of the issue (the guy wanted to change his reservation done on-line through a third party. Wow! A crash course in customer service would be nice for these two.

The location is a little hard to find and not marked, so heads up, but very convenient. The bed, A Beauty Rest-branded one, was beyond comfortable. Black out blinds are a plus and the A/C unit wasn't too loud.

Elevator needed to be vacuumed and was "creaky" which freaked my kids out a little. Hallways needed to be vacuumed. Noise from freeway was a bit loud.

Weird barn door on the bathroom. It has a gap on each side and if you accidentally pulled too hard on it, you would get stuck inside the bathroom. They also changed the booking prior to arrival without notice. We requested a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, but got a room with only 2 queen beds. When asked about it, the front desk did make accomodations and provide a roll away bed, but that also took up a large portion of the room and made it much more cramped.

Clean, good use of space in the room (unless you end up with a roll away bed). Accommodating staff, and quiet despite being close to the freeway.
