Ground floor room...Clearly heard conversations and luggage wheels of travelers on same floor and floor above. All night. Sofa sagging, and weirdly so is floor. Definite dip in area between bed and bath. Bedside lamp missing it's finial. Over-priced.

Free shuttle service from and to airport. Comfortable bed and linens. Awesome deep tub for hot soak.

The property wasn’t the most clean, but it wasn’t terrible. There were a few stains on the sheets, and I found a giant hairball in the bathroom but honestly it wasn’t bad at all.

I like that easy the airport shuttle was in the morning. We had to leave at 4 AM and it was not an issue at all.

Breakfast variety sad. Especially for two hotels.

The main desk girl was busy when I checked in at 5 pm but she was very helpful and fast . She needs a raise yall don’t pay that poor girl enough . She was only the only worker working two desks for two different hotels. Room was amazing I loved the kitchenette.

The shuttle from DIA was an hour and a half late picking me up. I had to call the hotel to see where he was. I waited from 4 pm until 5:45 pm. For this reason I will not stay at this hotel or any other that uses this shuttle service. To top it off the driver took me to the wrong hotel but fortunately was within walking distance to mine. I feel he knew he wouldn’t get a tip since the service was lousy and really didn’t care.

I would have loved for there to be a restaurant but understand that may not be practical in a suite hotel. I didn't require a suite; just a place to sleep.

Breakfast was fine, but I am not a fan of plastic-forks, plastic-knifes, throw-away plates etc. during breakfast - it's bad for the environment and doesn't feel as nice as reusable, higher quality utensils. (I know many hotels do this, but I wish more hotels would make a change to counteract the plastic production.) Small things (nothing major): the bed and blanket could have been a bit more comfortable (the blanket more warm), but it was still fine. Finally, it was a bit hard to figure out whether the shuttle would come at the scheduled time, because the website said it would pick up 'on call' only, but I couldn't reach anyone in the hotel via phone (i kept being put on hold). However, the shuttle came even without me reaching someone, so that worked out fine in the end.

Close to the airport, so I could get a good night sleep after flying into Denver. Friendly staff. The free airport shuttle was great. Fridge, kettle etc. provided in the room, that was useful. Overall, I was satisfied and would stay again if I needed a room in the area again for a night or so.

They say there is a 24 hr shuttle but we didn’t realize it only comes once every hour. When we arrived we would have needed to wait in the cold for 40 minutes to take the shuttle.

They are under construction, so we got upgraded to a bigger room at another hotel in the same parking lot. They had a good breakfast.

The only downside was the available tables to sit and eat what would have been a very good breakfast. Table seating for only 20 people 4 tables of 4 and a breakfast bar of 4 in and area that could easily have had 3x the number of tables, people trying to eat breakfast of their lap on the bench seats or standing up.

The rooms were excellent large and comfortable obviously made for stays longer than our one night with kitchen facilities more like a studio timeshare room than hotel.

For me, the most important factor is shuttle from/to Denver airport. It met my expectations. Before arrival, I contacted the hotel and they provided me instructions where to wait for the shuttle. The van arrived to that location after around 15-20 minutes of waiting (at 6 PM) which I find acceptable. Upon check-in, reservation of the shuttle back to the airport can be arranged.

Other rooms smell weed. I requested them to change my room and they did. Overall, it was a great experience.

The room is huge and the TV is big. You can cook inside. There is a diswasher, and the ref is big. We love it.

This review is for Comfort Suites which is where our king suite was. We did not get the same vibes from the Mainstay reception staff or the exterior of the building and reception area.

We were allocated a room in Comfort Suites across the way and the reception staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and quiet. Perfect location for the night before a flight home and only a short drive to car rental return. Parking and great breakfast included. Good restaurant within moderate walking distance for evening meal - plenty of choice if you drive.

The staff were offhand and totally disinterested in the guests it seemed.

The room was spacious and had excellent facilities. It was spotlessly clean.

The loveseat was stained and very tired. The toilet was clogged so the staff helped us use another bathroom on the floor, as it was the middle of the night and the maintenance crew was not available.

We liked the friendly and helpful staff, the fact that we could open the window in our room, the kitchen in the room and the comfort of the bed.
