Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Shower had Mold in it. Someone had used the bathroom and didn’t flush. Couch had stains on it

The toilet set was falling off the toilet. Better quality products (toilet seats) would be cheaper in the long run.

Had a problem with the refrigerator (leaking water), it’s replacement was dirty and no one showed up to clean it.

My room was for a handicapped person. I was so disappointed because everything was accommodated for a wheelchair.
The breakfast was great! I had so much to choose from. If they had of started on time it would have been excellent!

Meridian's a 'sketchy' burg ok! This is a better stay then the econo-row where dopers,etc. hang out from one sorry past experience. Next trip through I'll likely look for a smaller town layover at HolXpress, etc. within 40 miles either way on the highway. Don't expect much for dinner fare locally 'cept decent ribs and 'BBQ and fast food. The local Morning news show on the building collapse downtown that same night was "special" to catch over coffee let's say! It's a pretty sorry place....
Breakfast was fine, great AM staff. Room acceptable with some wear. Shower/bath a winner.

We stayed eight days and of course we did have trash that needed to go out a few times. The staff expects you to carry it yourself to the gross dumpster. The laundry room on one floor did not work, and neither did the ice machine. On the floor where the ice machine and the laundry did work it smelled like sewage most the time. The times that we needed supplies like toilet paper or shampoo, no one would bring it to the room you have to go downstairs and beg the people at the desk for it. The gentleman that was behind the front desk sometimes there was fairly rude, all three of us tried to avoid dealing with him.
We did appreciate the microwave and the little kitchenette area. Breakfast was fine, the cook was very friendly. The ladies at the front desk were very nice as well. I did appreciate being able to use the printer in the lobby and that it worked with no problem.

The hallways smelled like old animal potty. The room as not the cleanest. Bathroom floor had a blood spot on it. Luckily we were only there long enough to sleep 6 hours then leave

It was very Dated, the outside looked great and so did the lobby but the rooms did not match the rest of the establishment.

Carpets were worn and stained. The handheld shower was very high - I had to tiptoe in the shower without a non-slip pad. The breakfast buffet did not open until 7 - when I checked in, I was told we would be able to grab something cold as we were leaving early. Attendant did get me a couple bottles of water when I asked.
Room was comfortable and cool. Air conditioning worked well.

The facilities were somewhat shabby and the water in the bathroom sink came out in a weak dribble.
The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious.

The room was acceptable but not in the best shape. Some walls needed repair and painting. You could see where pieces of the carpet had been replaced and were jagged.
The breakfast was good. They had a good variety of food and drink options. The waffles were really good along with the biscuits and gravy. Nice to have the breakfast included in the price of our stay.
