Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

We really like that no one came in our room while we were there. We didn’t have to worry about any of our property while out enjoying the Moab area. If we needed something we had to do was ask. Other than that they left us alone. The property was clean& neat.

The bathroom could use some updating. We were on the first floor and could not open our darkened drapes for some reason. They were either stuck or the management was concerned about privacy which made the room very dark. We were on the first floor in the back with parking.
The room was an efficiency which provided us with everything we needed for a three night stay. A full size refrigerator and cooking area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large.

Breakfast selection was very poor. No bacon or basic vegetables (cucumber/tomato) option. And no whipped cream for waffles.
Great location and large rooms with well equipped kitchen.

Room with a kitchen and pantrays are great, not for heavy cooking though. We can make some salad and fruit plate after daily trip. Hotel is quiet and new. Close to everything, I walk to all the restaurants. Two large grocery stores nearby. Free breakfast pretty decent. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Parking was limited
The property is very clean & the office staff was great at check in. The rooms were comfortable and it was great having a small kitchen with a full size fridge. Breakfast was kept stock and hot. Eggs ,sausage or bacon served everyday.

The pool location was weird and rarely in the sun!

Kitchen utensils were a bit limited but we made it work. Perhaps provide scissors for kitchen. More fruits for breakfast, apples? Provide nuts for oatmeal.
Staff were very responsive and courteous. Very good breakfasts so we didn’t have to go find breakfast every morning. Room had everything we needed. Grocery store right across the street. Gas station a block a way. Beds were comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevators were always quick so it was never a long wait. Would definitely stay here again.

We didn't find out until after the first night our heater in the room was reading the outside temperature at 61 degrees so when we set the heater to 70 it ran all night so it got really hot inside and I had to keep getting up and turning the heater off and back on when it got cold in the room.
Great location and friendly staff. Very clean.

The pool and hot tub are small but it’s OK.
We stayed in a room with kitchen. It was roomy and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. I asked for a quiet room and got it. Nice breakfast with eggs, bacon or sausages, biscuits and gravy, tortillas, toast, waffles, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juice and milk. Also they have free bikes.

Wish there was a setting on the bedside lamps that wasn't so bright. Even just doing one bulb, it was hard to read and not disturb others in the room trying to sleep with brightness. Not a big deal, just a little thing.
Great room with a view of the wild area behind the hotel (we saw 8 deer on the day we left). Right sized-room, love the kitchen area. Comfy beds and plenty of drawer and closet space. Hot tub was fabulious after a day of hiking. Perfect location!

Maybe offering a bit of a healthier option for breakfast, with more fruits.
We had a great time in this place, just like the photos on booking, the customer service was excellent, they gave us a little bag with a bottle of water, a postcard, and a little gift. Our room was spacious, with a spot to work, and a spot to cook. The breakfast was okay, the waffles were good.

The hotel is located on the main street. There's a supermarket just in front of it. There are restaurants and stores around.

They took an extra 50 dollars from my account, they told me that in case I broke something in the room, I traveled alone and only used the tub and the bed. I thought everything was fine, but they never gave me my money back!!

Breakfast variety and quality were surprisingly good … sausages, scrambled eggs, waffles, breads, yoghurt, cereal, fruit (banana). Bed was comfortable. Body lotion was a nice touch.
