Our “suite” was quite tiny. There was no light by the sofa, so you couldn’t read there.

My room didn't have an iron but the staff was more than willing to get one for me if I had made a fuss about it.

I don't know if they had breakfast which was fine because we were going out for brunch anyway. Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff in the evening and morning were friendly and helpful. They had Marie calendars frozen dinners to purchase which was super helpful when my bottomless 8 year old was hungry again after we were in for the night. Place felt safe which you sometimes don't get with extended stay hotels in this price range. Even had a set of utensils and such in the room. Everything clean. Room was plenty big enough and the price was lower than any of the hotels nearby that had horrible reviews. I was pleasantly surprised and will stay there again!

Nothing was disliked, but it would have been nice to have bacon or sausage with breakfast.

The bed was comfortable, the mini kitchen was a plus, and we loved the whole layout. To bad or was so cold out, because having a balcony was also very nice.

Only issue was the TV remote didn’t work at first. Found out later the two remotes (living room/bedroom) had been reversed. Staff was helpful and responsive. Price did seem to be a little inflated for the Razorback homecoming weekend, but everywhere else was as well.

We were there for graduation. I would like to have paid less for the value but it was a very busy weekend for the area. The pool was stinky. There was a roach motel in the corner of my room. There was a spider crawling up the wall before we killed it.

The breakfast was good. The biscuits were excellent. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Very impressed with the staff. The location of the hotel it’s OK, however simply due to logistics, sometimes difficult getting out on the main road due to traffic.

The pool was tiny. The vent fan intended to bring a/c to the bedroom didn’t work and the ceiling fan was too loud to use.

Hotel was a bit dated and entrances were kind of cramped. There was a pool, but didn't look very user-friendly at the time we were there. The separate bedroom needed a separate AC unit or better airflow to the main space. There was a ceiling fan and pass-through vent, but was not very effective.

Good location with easy highway access, parking, and close proximity to businesses. The room we stayed in had a kitchenette, sofa, and separate bedroom with extra TV. It was set-up for long term stay although we just stayed one night.
