TV didn't work first night, but fixed the next day, no shower gel, took 2 days to get it filled..but lovely staff and loved the room..

We’d really like to give this room the highest ratings, but had to reduce our rating because of the cleaning. The floors were not very clean with dust, candy and empty toilet paper rolls around. The bathroom floor was so dusty that our first shower necessitated getting a new bath mat (thanks for the extra supplies in the hallway- a plus!) The toilet lever was hanging out of the tank, but luckily still worked during our 4 days (cleaning should have alerted maintenance to repair this prior to checkin). The stove top was pretty crusty, the microwave needed cleaning and the dishes were wet and not dried (they appeared clean, but we re-washed to be sure). All this was remedied by our own cleaning efforts, but should have been done by the staff. Nonetheless, we loved the room and our stay and would stay again.

We loved our one bedroom loft and the location, just a couple blocks from Bourbon Street, yet on very nice Canal Street! We were able to walk everywhere. It was great having a kitchenette, extra space and the balcony (with the added benefit of direct access from our room #201 - a wonderful bonus!) Would definitely stay again.

Door jamb was pretty loose, kind of a big deal. Ran out of real sugar, not a big deal.

Not a lot of amenities and 1 window did not have blinds so we dealt with light most nights.

Great workers that were knowledgeable and the location is central to a lot of eateries. It is not on the strip, but that is nice and allows for a quiet night. Also, there is a terrace that you are able to use that gave us more freedom.

Very little water pressure for showers. The knob in the shower spun all the way around so finding the hot water was a little bit of a pain.

The fan was really dusty like caked on and couldn’t turn it on, dust would have went everywhere. I’m sure the tops of the furniture and things you can’t see are also full of dust so beware for those that are allergic. I also would have appreciated a heads up about not using wash clothes for make up removal and the up charge if you do. I went out and got wipes but would have planned ahead.

This was the coolest loft. This would be a great spot for several friends to stay for a fun weekend in New Orleans. There's a pull out couch, a queen sized bed, a kitchenette, and the best balcony!

The water pressure in our flat was very low and it was hard to get hot water from the shower.

The location was great and the staff was friendly. They took measures to make us feel comfortable as well as safe.

THE CARPET! Please get rid of it, stained and smelly. I was traveling with a group, and the rooms were inconsistent. Some nicer than others. I think they could restore the historic feel of this place with new flooring and small upgrades. The stairs inside the room are carperted, shaky, and creepy! Walls are very thin and there is a club next door, so if you go to sleep early you won't be happy.

The location was perfect! The staff was nice. Loved the brick accent walls.

There was lots of construction not the property’s fault.

There was so much room. There were 3 of us and this suite gave us lots of space to spread out. Much better than a motel room.

I have no complaints. It's a busy city- you will see homeless people and people on drugs around. Keep your expectations of the surroundings reasonable. Regardless, I felt safe in my room.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and our 1 bedroom flat was excellent. The couch was comfortable to sleep on for an extra person, even the reclining chair in the living room would be sleepable.
