Old facilities. The mini fridge in our room didn’t work. All of the luggage carts were broken in one form or another.

Good location in the Garden District. 1 mile to the French Quarter. Cute property. Friendly staff. Good price, not including parking ($25) and pet ($50) fees.

Price for one night was a bit high, when the set up is basically like a motel.

The shower needs to be fixed. I would have got more water on me if I was being sprayed with a broken water pistol from 100yds away. Was the one (very) downside of the stay

Location was great - I love St Charles and the whole garden district. Room was huge and the bed was extremely comfortable. Pool was clean and great to use.

Initial reception at the Front Desk was frosty and less than welcoming. Check out was les so but staff not really interested in the guests.

Breakfast (Additional payment) was well catered for. Room was clean and tidy, ammentities were fine. Lighting was a little skimpy. Bed was comfortable.

I wish the breakfast could have been included in the price of the room. But honestly it was worth the money we paid. Also the blackout curtains don't close all the way so it could be very bright in the morning.

I loved the style of the hotel and the gardens. It felt like you were in your own little town because it was so nice and gated in. The breakfast was amazing!! A very nice version of a continental breakfast, but even better. Also we loved Ed's oyster house that is attached to the hotel, It was delicious!! We didn't want to go out and drive all over town the night that we got in so we just walked over and had our favorite meal.
