You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI guess it was bad timing because we had no TV, Internet or phone our first day stay. Following day it all came on but the lights went out soon after. It was just a bad experience but I’m sure not on purpose. We will try again in the near future so that we may get the full effect of the stay because it is a beautiful place to stay.
It was a really great property. Loved everything about the property. Very beautiful and beds are soooo comfortable. Slept like a baby.

United States of AmericaOne of the things I specifically look for is security for my valuables. On the day I was going to go out and explore and see the sights, I discovered the safe would not work, it flashed a low battery notice. I called the front desk about it around 9 am. At 10 I went to the front desk to ask about the safe. The employee said she had already notified maintenance. I told her I was wasting time waiting for someone to show up. She said I should put out the Do Not Disturb sign and no one would enter. I said I wasn't doing that, she needed to call again. The maintenance man showed up in a few minutes but could not remove the Torx screw. He returned several times and once with someone else but could not remove the screw to the battery case. It was already 2 pm before he returned and replaced the batteries. 5 hours! I had planned on visiting the nearby WWII museum which closed at 5 pm. I paid over $30 to enter only to spend less than 2 hours to see the large museum. That ruined my day. Upon return to the room I was greeted with a large puddle of water from the fridge. Apparently the freezer was so iced over that the door didn't shut correctly and melted all over the floor. While the room was otherwise nice, there were no instructions on how to use the TV remote control. Even the maintenance man could not figure it out, but eventually I messed with it to watch some news. Lastly, the AC controls didn't work, it was cooling but it eventually got too cold and I had to unplug the thing to turn it off. None of these events correspond to a so called 3 star hotel.
I liked the location, away from the center of tourist activities. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The room had all the features I was expecting. Overall I liked the design of the hotel.
