You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe bed was extremely uncomfortable and definitely had a couple of low spots in it. The top of the fridge was dirty and sticky. Our neighbors in 2110 were obnoxiously loud and you could hear everything they were doing, in addition to being woke up from them barreling the the shared hall where both the doors are located. This was suppose to be a smoke free facility, but there were numerous people smoking (cigarettes and marijuana), throughout the entire building. We had to keep out balcony door closed the majority of the time due to the strong odors. Also, there is not table to eat at. That was an extreme inconvenience considering the room is equipped with a kitchen. The elevators were extremely slow.
The location and access to the beach were great. The room was cleaner than most. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area. The grill/bar had really great food!

United States of AmericaThe bed was kinda cheap and every squeaky to me.. I hated that I was on the 21st floor because of the elevators in Tower 1.. Something was wrong with them only 2 of them worked at the time and it difficult to get up and down to the floors... Sometimes it took 10 to 15 on the elevators and the elevators was extremely hot in them... I think it should be AC on them..
Love the room.. The room was very nice and clean.. love the big shower..

United States of AmericaShould have taken my own pillows, king size bed had two very small very flat pillows. We were there on a busy holiday weekend, elevators were extremely slow and full all the time. Checkout took over an hour, in fact, I walked down 18 flights of stairs, every time the elevators came they were full, my husband took the luggage cart down on the elevator and I took the stairs.
The view was wonderful! It's right in the middle of Panama City Beach. Clean!! Door codes were provided and once we arrived to our room checking in was wonderful. Received text checking to make sure we had everything we needed. If I had a question I was able to text and receive a answer back promptly.

United States of AmericaThe property management group we rented from wouldn't let us check in early because they claimed the room wasn't ready and we would have to wait two more hours until check in time. I had already went up to the room to see if it was ready and it had already been cleaned. It wouldn't have been a big deal but we have never had issues checking in early if the room is ready, and it clearly was. Again, not sure who's decision it was, but it was very difficult keeping a 2 year old occupied sitting in the vehicle waiting for 2 hours til we could check in.
The unit was very nice and clean. We love the location and how convenient it is located to everything
