There's not much we didn't like! The pillows weren't very comfortable, so we were glad we brought our own.

The views from the 12th floor were phenomenal! We enjoyed watching dolphins and stingrays every day from the balcony. The layout of the condo worked well for us (two couples) as there is a large open living room and dining room area just off the kitchen. We enjoyed the private bathroom off the master. It was nice to not have to share. The kitchen had most of the utensils and tools we needed to cook our simple meals. We were very happy with the location because there were shops within easy walking distance. We didn't drive the whole time we were there. Also enjoyed the keyless entry. One less thing to keep track of on vacation.

We were supposed to get parking passes... but never did. The guys at the gate understood and let us in anyway. Funny: we texted the number given us about the parking passes when we arrived. The person on the other end told us to check all drawers and lockers in the place to see if we could find the parking passes. We found one from last year in the water heater closet. 😆

The lobby and elevators where dirty our entire stay. The A/C in our condo struggled to keep the place cool, and yes we followed all the directions.

Location was awesome. Loved the parking situation. The condo was clean and the view from the 8th floor was excellent.

We had to wait over an hour because our code didn't work To gain entry to our unit.We called Vacasa and they said that we were a day early and that we couldn't gain access until the next day😤.We emailed them our confirmation number and the dates of our registration before finally being able to access our unit.The ice maker didn't work at all.The thermostat was set at 76 the whole time,we couldn't change it to meet our comfort level.The kitchen light didn't work.

Just pool should be more clean. And it works just until 10 pm. It’s not enough time for vacation. Even until 11 pm will be fine. And umbrellas from de la vita for rent took all place before ocean. You need wake up earlier and leave your umbrella on the beach. Just for choosing better place. Because if you wanna stay near beach those boys don’t allow you to stay before their umbrellas.

It’s really good place for vacation. We stay at building A 0513. I like view from balcony so much. You shouldn’t contact with any reception. You will receive address and code to door on your phone. That’s all.

The only two things were that the tv controller didn’t work and that the water in the pool was a bit unkept but after that everything went above expectations.

Everything about was good. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen bathrooms and beds. I would definitely recommend.

The oven didn't work properly. Stove top worked good. Electric can opener was broken. Balcony chairs were broken. The inside pool was not skimmed or cleaned throughout the week. And had a large amount of human hair and other things floating on the top of the water. Was excited about coming back after 4 or 5 years, from previous visit. The pool area was very disappointing. It's not as nice as before.

I didn’t like that the 2 working elevators took a long time to move. We were also locked out for almost 2 hours the keyless entry went out unexpectedly. Locksmith came out to fix.

The housekeeping could be better and the dishwasher was broken. Also I didn’t like that we could not access the unit till exactly 4:00. We got there at 3:46 and had to wait until exactly 4pm before the door would open. I understand this is the check in time, but most places allow a little grace period of at least 15-30 minutes.

Spacious, close to the beach, had a great view, good size pool, and had everything in the kitchen to cook with.

My feet were very dirty when I walked in the floors! Yuck!!! We had an issue where the glass doors in the balcony were getting stuck and 4 adults were locked out with children on the other side. We called the emergency # but no one answered. We finally got the door open and someone came out and fixed the problem

I wish check out time was later than 10 a.m. Especially since our departure flight wasn't until after 4 p.m. The day of our departure, the double red flags were changed to yellow and it would have been nice to spend some more time on the beach.
