I booked a king spa room and this property doesn’t have any spa rooms. I was disappointed and felt this was false advertisement. I payed extra to have the spa room. I tried to call booking.com to see if I could change to a cheaper room but was on hold for 15min with no response. I decided to just keep the room. The hotel was very nice and all the staff are amazing.

When we arrived we were told our card got declined in Booking.com, so they needed another card to charge. After the fact, we noticed a charge from the hotel AND a charge from Booking.com. Once we brought it up to the front desk, we were told it would’ve been an error on Booking.com side, and to call them. After speaking with Booking.com, they said our card was not declined, that the hotel was trying to charge a dollar extra than the Booking.com charge, which is why the card got declined, because Booking.com declined their request for additional money. Hotel said they would have to take care of it in the morning when management came in. Management didn’t seem to be taking any accountability and acted like nothing happened, that they did not charge our card twice despite everything we had been told. It was a great hotel, but the lack of care on the staff’s end for a double charge was pretty inconsiderate.

It was very clean. The location was right off the exit, which was also great. The complimentary breakfast was one of the nicest ones I’ve ever had at a hotel.

There wasn't a large amount of seating in the breakfast area for the number of guests that were at the hotel for a convention.

The breakfast was great and kept refilled as often as necessary! There was a large variety each day and different things served each day we were there.

Honestly the only issue was the chaise in our room had a large spot (looked like a dried water? spot) and I believe it just needed a steam cleaning otherwise the rest of the room was very clean.

The breakfast was fine, nice selection for a light breakfast. All the hotel was nice and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good location to restaurants and shopping.

The elevator was very old and slow. While still trying to maintain social distancing and we had a bit of a line and wait time getting to our room. Holiday Inn pricing has gone waaaay up for a person who just wants to sleep.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The check-in person was amazingly quick -- my fastest check-in ever which was much appreciated as we had had a very long day on the road.

stayed 40 minutes out of our way to have a room with a spa tub once we got there, our room didn’t have a spa tub in it. went to the front desk and was told they don’t have any rooms with a spa tub in it and that it was booking.com fault and there was nothing they could do. also the pool was broke.

I have been charged over 250$ that I NEVER authorized! In the middle of a dispute. Other than this really expensive inconvenience it was a great stay.

The staff is extremely nice and welcoming, the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was EXCELLENT! Many varieties.

Only issue was could not figure out how to get the safe to work. Think the batteries needed to be changed as it had a weird code when I tried to use it.

Lisa was Amazing! We had a terrible place we were staying for my birthday weekend. She was super helpful and got us checked in early. Will definitely be going back!

Not enough towels in room for the reserved guests. Was advised that earlier that day employees quit. Had to wait for front desk to put towels in dryer then went down to get them. Conditioner in shower was empty.

As always, the air conditioner noise in the middle of the night is disturbing. It is is almost all hotels. Turn it off, too hot, leave it on too noisy.

Good place going home from Florida to Wisconsin trip. Mostly just a place to sleep before resuming journey. The breakfast was very nice. The staff at breakfast was awesome.
