The really long wait to check in and out! It took 45 minutes to get to the front of the line. All those people waiting to check in and there wad only two people at the front desk

We arrived approx 12:30am to a dark and empty lobby at Mandalay Bay. The front desk rep was cordial, but notified me that we wouldn’t be staying at Mandalay Bay after all. He was condescending and pushy, selling the room change that I was not comfortable with. One reason I use Booking.com is because of all of the reviews and info provided in the listing. A change that I was not notified about was concerning. Granted it was a decent hotel we were moved to, but the front desk rep was snarky about it and at that hour it was confusing and stressful. We approached the Mandalay Bay front desk at other times during our stay and were treated with disdain and rudeness. Disappointing experience with Mandalay Bay. Hotel we were moved to was dated, drab and not clean. Beds were comfortable though.

We didn’t get to stay at Mandalay Bay. Unexpected change to affiliate hotel. It was close, but not what I booked or expected.

On the sunday 7 jan when coming back from stadium we went to the rhythm bar Where they were showing the games Seems it was during a shift change for floor staff. Had to go to bar for drinks first hour. Same sunday we went down for breakfast. HK asked us if we wanted our room done, we asked to give us 90mn we would be back up around 10:30 and leave for the day. They did not clean our room that day.

I paid for a king room with a strip view and was placed in a double bed no view room.

I loved the proximity and accessibility to the stadium. Staff was kind. Beds were comfortable and room was clean although not what I paid for.

Food prices were terribly high. I understand food prices all over Vegas are high. But, food costs make it a financial difficulty for families.

There were minimal towels in the room for 2 people. The prices were really high, at the pool area especially. The location was far from main activities, the tram isn't always running and it took a lot of walking to get anywhere!

The room was very clean, and comfortable! comfy bed, large space with seating area, updated room, lovely bathroom with shower and separate tub! the pool area was very nice! The elevators were quick, friendly service!

The bathroom had poor ventilation and no obvious fan. The food and drink in the room was expensive (e.g. $24 for a bottle of water that costs about 4-5 USD in local shops) and there was a $50 'storage charge' for putting your own food or drinks in the weight-sensitive mini-fridge.

The Mandalay Bay is a beautiful hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a 'Resort Two Queen' room, which was clean, spacious and had very comfortable beds. The regular tram running between Mandalay Bay, Luxor and Excalibur was convenient for travelling north up the Strip. The hotel also has good restaurant and bars to choose from.

The suite didn’t have basic amenities such as utensils, mugs, no coffee. We got a suite room with jacuzzi but there wasn’t any bath robe

Concierge was really busy and had really long wait each time we made a call. Left something in room after checkout but concierge staff only could help with admin task to get key and we had to go back to hotel and then room on my own to find item. Usually have more staff help at other hotels if similar situation.

Hated the stale cigarette smoke in the casinos so spent very little time there.

The Mandalay Bay is a beautiful hotel with a good choice of rooms, restaurants and facilities. The pool area was lovely but as some of the pools were not open it meant we were crammed in like sardines around the main pool. A bit more space would have made pool time more enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
