Rooms were a little on the smaller side compared but more than enough for our use. The check-in took a while and we didn't get into the rooms until 4pm because the hotel was fully booked the previous night and the no rooms were ready upon standard check-in time at 3pm.

The breakfast is the highlight every time I stay in this hotel. I have never stayed in a similar hotel in the US that serves rice, hot miso soup, cup noodles, kimchi, together with the American style breakfast. Parking was ample and rooms were comfortable.

Breakfast quality is below average. Limited items and not tasty. The receptionist at check in wasn't very enthusiastic to do her job.

Parking is full, the spaces are not spaced enough so close to each other hard to maneuver...and when you have to park in the back there are no entrances for you to enter the building, they have doors but no access except the side door by the lobby....so you have to walk from the back parking lot to the front of the building and I didn't 't feel safe back there at night. I don't think they have any camera's, so it can be intimidating only because they are off El Camino and you just never know....

They are very prompt at responding if there are any issues in your room, something not working and they are right on it! I love their breakfast, always Hot and Fresh. GREAT Coffee always available in the lobby. But my favorite was walking in to the beautiful decorated and smell of Christmas this visit. OMGoodness it smelled so Fresh and the tree was beautiful. I can't say enough about the hotel. I love my stay there.

Barely warm water in the shower, sliding door in the restroom did not close well.

My keycard kept failing. When i asked about it the rep told me not to put it in the same pocket as electronics. What?! It’s 2023. I don’t have this problem at other hotels or inns. EV chargers are not economically priced.

There was nothing to not like, we liked everything.

Everything was perfect ☺️ clean, the price was great, breakfast was great, and all the staff was great. One particular Ms. Julia (from the breakfast room) was just so pleasant. She really has a beautiful energy.

I don't like the fact that the TV has to be operated manually in various rooms. I usually stay here for my business trips because of the staff and location but the fact that the TV's are older, and you have to turn them on/off and work the volume manually is kind of annoying. Sometimes I just want to watch a movie until I fall asleep and having to get out of bed to turn it off or up/down the volume is very inconvenient. They have two controllers in the room and only one works for changing the channels and that's it. I also don't like the fact that even though I request rooms with no connecting doors, I somehow almost always end up with a connecting door and you can hear EVERYTHING from the room next door... conversations, snoring, moaning, you name it. Also, I have been getting the outdated rooms lately, not sure why but I used to get the updated rooms at the beginning, the ones with the nice glass shower doors, but lately I've been getting the ones with the older tubs and no shower doors. Sometimes I forget to position the curtain inside the tub, and I end up with a huge puddle of water in the bathroom.

The rooms are always clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is great!

The shower would go in out of cold and hot water so I would have to constantly restart my shower

I loved everything. From the quick check in, front desk receptionist was considerate to ask if we had a preference to the second or first floor. We've never been asked that before so it was super nice. The lobby was open and celebratory. The room was nice and spacious with enough window space to let fresh air in. The bathroom was stocked with enough shower towels. Breakfast was AWESOME. Shoutout to the ladies in the kitchen in the morning. There are some hungry and busy people but these ladies know how to carry a conversation and show that the guests are welcomed and remembered time after time.
