Hallway hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Trash in the elevator, around the property. Tub side was too tall and no grab bars were available for an older, or disabled person, to get in/out safely! Room door was not balanced and took very noisy effort to open or close.

Better wifi and better maintenance at facility. Also could have had free breakfast in the large eating area that was closed off. Buttons on elevator were broken.

Stained carpets in the hallways. The chair in the room was horrible. It was a fake leather that was peeling everywhere. The desk chair was also flaking material. The water pressure in the sink in the bathroom was poor. Very dark room. There was no lighting in the nook where the microwave and coffee were kept. I had to use my phone flashlight. When we checked out there was no staff just a security guard.

Outwardly it was welcoming.

arrived 2 hours early and asked if I could, by chance, check in early, knowing prob not and I was okay with not…just thought I would ask…they said only if I pay $50 for early checkin. so I declined. when I returned to check in at the regular time, they said they didn’t have the king bed that I had reserved because I didn’t check in early enough and they had given them all away. ironic. also the upholstered chair in my room should just be trashed. they had a sheet over it to cover how worn it is. I won’t stay here again.

Furniture is old and needs updating. I wouldn't sit in the chairs. The rug also needs cleaning. The window shade was not working making the room dark in the day.

The microwave didn't work, and when I changed the temperature to a warm it started to smell burnt.

Wasn't greeted when checking in. Beds were double and not queen as I thought but that may have been mistaken. I thought breakfast was included but there was nothing. Eating place was closed and snack area that you could buy snacks was very limited!

There were no vending machines to be found anywhere. I could smell marijuana in the hallways (typical for Florida) and the air conditioning machine in our room sucked.

everything else. once your past the lobby it looks like a very cheap hotel. Holes in the walls, cheap carpet, 1/2” caulk, badly painted walls…etc.

Staff was a little rude but overall it was fair. Rooms need to be updated. Beds very comfortable but chairs in room were very worn out and not fit for someone to sit in.Just trashy😡

I did like that the electricity went out and back on 3 different times When we did leave. We took the stairs. Did not want to take the chance of elevator I don't understand what was on the window. That not a curtain or blinds

They charge a deposit for damages but we were I. A room that had a broken shade, damaged sitting chair, chunk missing from head board, hole in the wall.

The door on the bathroom. Looked old and out dated. Tub was clogged. The staff didn't let me check in early.

It was completely run down. No AC in lobby and common areas. Elevator out of service (missing 3rd floor button, the floor they put us on). Hall carpet filthy and odor in the hall. Refrigerator wouldn’t close due to frozen ice in top compartment. Toilet ran, shower rod broken so you couldn’t close the shower curtain.
