I got married at MOBR 4 years ago and man oh man if was the most dreamy boutique hotel, so it was a no brainer where my cousin and I would stay when we came back to Marco. Unfortunately this is not the same property I remember. The pool is uninviting with the bar closed off, no kitchen or room service because no longer affiliated to Sale e Pepe, and the rooms/hallways need work they are starting to look run down. The little lobby store was closed down no service on the beach. Just everything about it felt different. It made me sad.

The walk to the beach. Waiter at side bar added a Chardonnay to my bill and we only ordered water. Very shady. Next day we asked to use bathroom on our way to beach and he said bathroom for "Members" or people who eat lunch. So I have to eat lunch everyday at bar to use bathroom. UNACCEPTABLE!

Master bed was a bit too soft for my taste. Some very minor repairs were in need (towel rack not secured). Facility had wait staff for "club" members on the beach, and this service was not extended to guests. Condo was very nice and reception area was good as well, but the hallways a bit outdated and had a "nursing home" feel.

Great location. Comfortable beach chairs. Friendly staff. Valet parking service was great and the valets very informative.

My wife and I both received 20-30 bug bites, during the 2 nights as we slept. I dont think this occurred while on the beach, but while sleeping. All were on lower extremities. The room (609) should be checked for bed bugs. Other than this, it was a very nice facility and visit for us.

Beautiful beach with easy access. Very nice pool. Parking fees were reasonable. 2 TVs. Large pillowtop bed. Enjoyed sitting on balcony. Staff was very nice and friendly.

No spa or restaurant by the pool any more. It just doesn't have the same vibe as it once did.

BED BUGS! We returned home to find my wife’s body covered in bed bug bites from head to toe. We contacted the owner twice for a response to make sure they are taking care of the issue but no one ever replied.

I arrived with a bad cold and while the valet staffer was very helpful, the rest of the employees appeared bored and couldn't care less

I did not know that with the management change, also affected amenity access. No more towel service on the beach which resulted in us having to hang them all over the apt or around the balcony. No more food and drink service beachside…although we could still walk up to the restaurant. No more daily service for the rooms! We were walking around with our trash and no one seemed to know where to direct us. So all the amenities i thought were top notch before were not accessible this time. The sofa mattress in this unit as well as all the mattresses have seen better days. Again, I am comparing it to my previous stay.

This is my 2nd time staying here, my first, 3 yrs ago. The property is clean. Plenty f towels. We all loved the shower, water pressure was amazing! The views were incredible, location cannot be beat. Valet was friendly and fast. Cheryl was great to work with when doing my booking.
