The lighting in the bathroom was dim. Construction across the street from the hotel was distracting. This will get better in time.

It wasn’t necessarily the property, Just the construction in the morning was super loud. They’re working on a hotel across the street and at 5am you can hear banging.

I loved the properties lay out. The staff was amazing. The rooms smelled very clean at my arrival. My room was very clean. This hotel has the best location, Me and my family was right across from the beach and boardwalk. I would most definitely be coming back this summer :).

The bed blanket had blood-tinged stains, didn’t look fresh but more than one areas had the stains.

We like that it’s walking distance to the boardwalk, the wharf and restaurants. We like that it has parking on the property.

Price for parking and the room had a slight view of the ocean, but I wouldn’t really sell it as an “ocean view” because it’s misleading. I was expecting to see more of the ocean from the room. Full ocean views are only the rooms that are facing the Main Street.

When I arrived they informed me I was “upgraded to a room with a balcony. When I went to the room the balcony looked out on a monstrosity of a construction site! “Partial ocean view” was pretty minimal if at all. Honestly I just wanted my car parked in front of my room to make loading in easy which they gave me but it took a few tries. My feet were FILTHY. Walking around barefoot in the floors so I kept slippers on. The bed was pretty comfy I slept well but the pillows were long flat and meh. Bring your own pillow. I dropped my phone with the light on looking for a plug behind the lamp and saw the floors were pretty dusty behind the end tables and I saw someone’s hair clip. Kinda yuk. The construction across the street started up pretty early and was loud. I could see why I was the only person they had checking in so far that day. The front desk people were great and very accommodating. It was pouring out and very rainy so I didn’t enjoy the beach right across the street but it was a great location. Over all good stay, got some work done and had good sleep. 👍🏽

$25 a night for the parking is horrible, it should be free with room. Not having at least a continental breakfast is disappointing for a nice hotel. The hallway carpets have a lot of stains appearing already for such a new hotel. If not addressed quickly will really bring down the cleanliness appearance of the hotel.

I didn't like the extra charge for parking, and the parking itself was tough to get in and out of. Once we discovered the extra parking around the corner, we used that since it was much easier getting in and out.

There are always going to be some snafus when traveling. It's inevitable. It's how the hotel responds that matters, and they did it perfectly. The first issue was that the "sea view" room on Booking didn't have a sea view at all, so they took off the extra charge. The second issue was the TV didn't work, so they moved us to an upgraded room. Excellent hospitality. About the room itself, I really appreciated how quiet the heating/ac was and how clean the air was. Together with the comfy bed, it made for an excellent night's sleep.

No seating in the lobby and no breakfast. The ocean view room actually faced a building with modest line of sight to the water. construction across the street looks like 6-12 more months or so. $25 parking fee is on top of the room cost, steep for off season. Lighting in room was difficult for zoom calls.

all the front desk staff I worked with were friendly and great at their jobs! Very comfortable room interior, upscale bedding, modern bathroom furnishings, practical desk set up for working at a laptop, quiet and peaceful in December. Restaurant very close, almost in the same building. snacks for sale at the front desk.

I thought the room would be bigger. There was a blue soap stain on the shower wall (like no one cleaned/wiped the walls). The sink faucet had visible dirt around it.
