Unfortunately our room was right beside the ice machine and it sounded like people were filling up their coolers!

Beautiful property right on the beach. Easy walking distance to the pier and restaurants. Parking was free which was a bonus.

We had to wait a while for check-in but amused ourselves at a bar on the beach.

The only thing I wish was different was the food options at the resort’s restaurant. The food was very good but the choices were limited. I love the decor of the restaurant and it was very clean. However, I mainly eat plant based foods so there weren’t many options for me but even though my husband is a carnivore, he found his options limited as well. If the restaurant were to extend their menu, I would rate the resort as a perfect 10.

Our stay was wonderful! The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. The pool facing the ocean was breathtaking. The quick access to the beach was absolutely prefect! We look forward to going back!

The underground parking. VERY narrow spaces amidst supporting columns. We could park in handicapped spots (my daughter has a handicap placard) but there weren't enough of them. The sink in bathroom is incredibly shallow. Water would splash out onto counter. The beds are very high (which *I* love, but my handicapped daughter had a little difficulty climbing in and out of bed). My bed (which was closest to balcony) had a squeaky bed frame (I called a friend and while chatting they asked what that sound was, I said I was climbing down from bed. They could hear that sound all the way in WI haha).

The room was so very beautiful! We had a Gulf-side room with a balcony. It was heavenly!!! We saw dolphins right outside our room (just off shore!!!) We were blessed to be in PB when there's a full moon because it brightened our room all night. The sound of waves crashing on shore helped us sleep so good! There are very good light blocking drapes in this room also. The walk in shower was very nice; great spray and a big floor area. Donna (our server for breakfast) was SO very sweet!! She is the epitome of a gentle Southern woman and reminded me of my beloved step-mother (also Donna) who passed in 2015. The food was very expensive, but she was a delight!!! The front desk staff is exceptional as well. EVERYONE we encountered at The Pensacola Beach Resort was so very nice! The views from this resort are so very beautiful.

I would like the hotel to provide beach chairs and umbrellas I don’t think this should be extra as the beach is a huge draw and so beautiful.

The food was excellent though a little expensive. I really enjoyed the staff at the restaurant and bar. Shout out to Kiara at the desk who shared her video of the Blue Angels because she remembered I loved them. Had a great time! I also want to say how beautiful the hotel looks. I stayed there when it was a Margaritaville. Thank you 😊

More meal options in restaurant.

Breakfast was great. Dinner is too expensive and didn't see my diners.. price?? If the price was reasonable the restaurant would be full. Find was great but needs more choices. I wouldn't diners there again. Shower light also had water leaking from ceiling.. probably should fix that.

$50 a day for chairs and umbrellas was a little steep, but aside from that. There are no dislikes.

The resort is beautiful. Room 401 was amazing. Huge room and bathroom, wrap around corner balcony with views of the bay, ocean, strip, sunset and sunrise! Very clean, friendly staff, good food, great pool and great location. We walked to everything. It was perfect! Thank you!!!

My mom and I absolutely loved this hotel! We travel a lot and this place was amazing! The beds and pillows were so comfortable The rooms were beautiful and spacious with breathtaking views from our balcony. Every single person we had contact with was so nice and the food was exceptional! I highly recommend this place I definitely will be back

Cleaning staff failed to respond to need for replenishment of towels, toilet paper, and refresh bedding. When asking the front desk for assistance the situation was correted.

Room was very clean and comfortable, beach was beautiful and breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Honestly if im being petty i would say have complimentary coffee in the morning...vacation is alot of traveling, somtimes with kids and usually late nights. But thats if im being petty haha we had no problem getting our coffee at the bar every morning!!

Everything was wonderful! The food inside of the resort was so good but the staff and the bartenders were amazing!! We loved the pool area and tiki bar! The rooms were so nice and very spacious!

Truly could not have enjoyed an adored the front desk staff anymore than I did. They are absolutely helpful and sweet and I will definitely be going back. Also those in housekeeping were absolutely helpful and very pleasant.
