It’s was very nice. Because the ability to smoke it smelt like smoke through your the hotel and seen cigarette buts on the elevators other then that everything was perfect!!

Maintenance is required...the room we got on the 11th floor- 11071 (i think)-needs things fixed. Bathroom sink coming off wall some (molding loose), sink drain has a strong Oder, needs to be cleaned out. Also the handle on the toilet was very strange, didnt look like it was installed correctly.

Sportsbar pizza was Yummm. Servers were really nice. People in Casino were nice too.

The price that booking gave me was not what they charged .Price was $34.00 higher ,due to them charging a resort fee every night , instead of a deposit,which is usually return .Another way get more money out of customers,and at same time make your discounts incorrect,and misleading.

This property is overpriced in every way. I expect to pay resort fees in Las Vegas, but paying resort fees in Bossier City beg the question of exactly what I am paying for. We ate at two restaurants while on the property. While the food was good, it was not worth the price. The slot floor was disappointing - many machines were out of service and the machines that were working were tight. We ended up going across the river to another casino and had a much better experience.

The location of this property is perfect. It is easy to get to and it is located right on the Red River. There are four other casinos within a two mile radius.

I didn’t like the area of the property, it is a rather rough area of town, very run down. I feel like for the area I definitely over paid.

I thought the property was nice and it was clean with several options to eat.

The TV didn’t work at first and the games in the casino weren’t all that great. Too many 1 cents machines and high dollar machines. Nothing in between like 25, 50 cents machines.

Over all the only thing I did not like was that when I entered my room it smelled like smoke, but I know the staff can only do so much if a prior guest did not follow the non smoking policy.

When I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome, the front desk personal was friendly and helpful. There was plenty off parking with excellent lighting, I felt safe in the parking area. I really like the room it was spacious, it did have a smoking smell but I know everyone does not follow the rules. I was able to get the smell to go away. The bathroom was amazing. I love the dining options at the hotel/ resort the food was really good. The casino area was amazing with the different gaming options provided.

The AC in the room was loud and caused us to wake up every time it kicked on. The bathroom sync stain stopper appeared to be unscrewed. The cost of items at the coffee bar was much higher than expected.

Stain on fitted sheet. Phone didn’t work so couldn’t call to have it replaced. Toilet seat too small for the toilet. Awkward when sitting on it.

Spacious room. Ceiling fan! Great view. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The casino was super-smoky. I guess that must be their clientele, but it’s a turn-off and and a non-starter for those of us who still are able to smell. Also, nice selection of restaurants, but we were there on a Tuesday and the nice restaurants aren’t open on Monday OR Tuesday. I’m sure it’s a good business decision for them, but we were disappointed and ended up going over to The Horseshoe. We will probably stay there next time … smoke smell wasn’t overwhelming, restaurants were open, and their video poker machines worked (I was able to use one at Margaritaville after 4th attempt. Only touch screen worked on husband’s — buttons missing or sticking!!!

The most important thing — the room was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed.
