We had a couple of issues with the bathroom facilities, but these were dealt with very quickly.

The views are absolutely stunning, and all staff members are more than happy to help make your stay the best.

I had ants, beetles and circadia on my bed. And kept my patio door closed with no food in my bed. They took care of me. I assume this is not common experience

Almost everything is great, but please, add more playlist’s to the pool music! For 3 days we heard ~10 songs in loop. At the beginning it was funny, but the last day was annoying… Besides that, really good place to be and very nice staff.

I didn't like the fact check-in was at 4pm and I didn't get into my room pass 7pm or so. We arrived early, but we understood the room would not be ready. We sat around for about an hour half more because we were informed it would take an hour. After which, the room still wasn't ready. We left to go for Dinner and informed we would get a call. After waiting for about 3hrs, we headed back to find out the room was finally ready. No call. We were cranky by this point. The room was spacious, but poor ac ventilation (we did call and engineer said was just an older model). One part of the room was cooler and the warm. Hardly any storage space, loose toilet seat, and when we ran the water, you could smell the sulfur or pipes.

The facility is nice.

They say they have EV charging, but they only have Tesla chargers. The sinks in our room was broken - one was leaking and the other was clogged.

Pool was great, we also got a free room upgrade since the hotel wasn’t very busy.

The only compliant was the cost so many hidden costs that are not stated on Booking.com. In short I booked the room for $181 (for 1 night so this is expensive already) but when I came to pay I was stung for the following occupancy tax $24.44, Riverside Assessment $5.43, CA Assessment $0.35, Resort Fee $40, Occupancy tax $5.40 (and there were two of these - I only stayed one night!), Riverside Assessment (another one!) $1.20, and another CA Assessment $0.80 - hence for a booking at $181 we actually paid $258.62 (another $77.62) - which is daft and makes this not worth the money - I clearly would never have booked this is I had know the actual cost before going!

I didn't like when I was told my room was ready, we opened the door and the room hadn't been cleaned yet. The staff accommodated us quickly.

I liked that the 2nd pool was always empty. When I needed housekeeping they came quickly. I appreciated that our room was upgraded at no extra charge.

Not many food options. One restaurant and the same menu anywhere you went.

The soaping tub was in front of a window and the bushes outside of the sliding door had old red cups and other trash in it. We just kept the curtains closed and did not use that area.

The room was a perfect size. The bathroom was great with 2 sinks and mirrors. Our room has the hard wood floor which made it look more modern.
