Half the jets in the hot tub didn’t work. Dining area missing a light. Shower filled up on your feet. Sink didn’t drain well. Mild behind the bathroom sink. Paint chipping on the bathroom walls.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. People were friendly. Pools were big. Has 2 hot tubs. Had a mini fridge in the room. Rooms were large.

They do allow smoking in the casino and the smell wasn't awesome. We did have a fuse blow in our bathroom so had no lights and they weren't able to send someone before we had to check out. Getting showered and dressed by camera flashlight made for a unique experience.

Pool was open in Nov! We stayed for Formula One and it was a great corner position that was on the outside of the track (easier for lyfts, off strip travel). Parking garage was awesome and free. The staff was very friendly and for a little extra we were able to check in VERY early (8am day of arrival) and check out late (3pm) - about $50 for each. The restaurants looked really fun but because we were there for F1 we didn't stick around the hotel too much. The market on the way in from the parking garage has cheap delicious coffee. Recommend this too. Security checked for keys into rooms which was also very nice and they stepped up monitoring due to the big weekend.

Bed was descent but could be better and firm. Bathroom was not good. Toilet pot was shaking. The shower head was disgusting with extreme salt deposits and definitely not cleaned for months or ever.

Room was good. Restaurants were great and staff was awesome. I did not use the pool. Check-in and check-out process was very fast. Location was perfect for downtown Palm Springs as well as Joshua Tree National Park.

Everything seemed to close early for being a weekend. It was hard to find a place to go enjoy a drink and hang out.

Almost everything is great, but please, add more playlist’s to the pool music! For 3 days we heard ~10 songs in loop. At the beginning it was funny, but the last day was annoying… Besides that, really good place to be and very nice staff.

I didn't like the fact check-in was at 4pm and I didn't get into my room pass 7pm or so. We arrived early, but we understood the room would not be ready. We sat around for about an hour half more because we were informed it would take an hour. After which, the room still wasn't ready. We left to go for Dinner and informed we would get a call. After waiting for about 3hrs, we headed back to find out the room was finally ready. No call. We were cranky by this point. The room was spacious, but poor ac ventilation (we did call and engineer said was just an older model). One part of the room was cooler and the warm. Hardly any storage space, loose toilet seat, and when we ran the water, you could smell the sulfur or pipes.

The facility is nice.

They say they have EV charging, but they only have Tesla chargers. The sinks in our room was broken - one was leaking and the other was clogged.

Pool was great, we also got a free room upgrade since the hotel wasn’t very busy.
